My most essential tip is to be prepared: recovery really does require time and patience, plus a lot of help from a friend or partner. Sticking to soups, fruits, and veggies instead of hard food has been a huge help.

The biggest challenge during my recovery was the extreme difficulty I had eating, which really affected me during the first few weeks, and having to sleep sitting up. Medically, everything went well. The swelling along the jawline is minimal after 10 days and I can already see a significant improvement in my sagging cheeks thanks to the deep plane facelift. As autologous fat was taken from my abdomen, there’s still a pulling sensation there, like severe muscle soreness; I notice it particularly when I stand up. But it’s getting better every day. My top tip: take time to recover after the operation and ideally travel with someone else. Loose-fitting clothes with wide necklines are essential, as is eating slowly in small bites and drinking plenty of water. Everything else will fall into place in time

The only thing is that the donor area remains sensitive to touch, but this is to be expected during recovery. Overall, the organisation of the entire process was of a high standard.

I am very grateful to the company Bukimed and my coordinators Kristina and Ali, who answered my questions very quickly, did not rush me in anything, were extremely loyal. I could even tell them what was bothering me in life and about my strange doubts, and they accepted them and supported me. This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone. The clinic greeted me warmly, I read the contract for 5 hours, no one rushed me (I just translated every line). I went to the clinic for checkups, they immediately organized a transfer upon request, the result is excellent. I did not know what size of breasts I wanted by numbers because I could not imagine how it would be better for me, but my professional doctor understood me by microexpressions and did everything perfectly, she chose the best size for me according to the structure of my breasts. The support of the coordinators, medical staff is also 10/10. To be honest, I thought that I was just a client - who pays, but after the visit I realized that I was wrong - they treated me like a patient, but a person. I did not use the services of a translator, because I liked how we amusingly with the nurses explain what needs to be done by movements and in simple words

A significant reduction has been achieved using the Trim method, although one side is currently healing more slowly than the other, which is still affecting the symmetry. The biggest discomfort is the rubbing of my underwear. When it comes to daily hygiene, gentle patting dry is essential. Despite these initial hurdles, I am satisfied with the care provided by the doctor and the staff; everything was handled professionally. My tip for other women considering this step: make sure you have sanitary towels and cooling pads ready.

I had plastic surgery on the upper and lower eyelids. I can describe my experience as follows: an absolute feeling of safety and comfort throughout the provision of the service. Compassionate staff, talented surgeon, modern equipment and techniques. And subsequent support, which is also very important. If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic. On the upper eyelids the seams are very neat, on the lower eyelids I couldn’t find them at all.
