Excellent Coordination and Support I had a very smooth experience with my medical journey through Bookimed, thanks to my coordinator Karyna Repetir. From the very beginning, she was attentive, professional, and always followed up to make sure everything was clear. She explained each step of the process, helped me with scheduling and documentation, and stayed in touch before, during, and after my visit. What I appreciated most was her patience and kindness — she answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my treatment. I would definitely recommend her and Bookimed to anyone considering medical care abroad.

Almost no one at the clinic speaks English(except the staff in reception) so it's best to go with a translator. The surgeon didn't pay much attention and didn't explain the surgery properly. I was told I would have the choice of sedation, but I didn't; he chose it without consulting me. And on the other occasions I saw him, he wasn't wearing appropriate sanitary clothing. However, the nurses were very good, attentive, and wearing appropriate sanitary clothing.

My hair transplant experience in Turkey at Quartz Clinic Ahlem raddaoui was excellent — great medical service and professional staff. The only thing that could be improved is communication. They say support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, but in reality, it seems there are specific hours when responses are quicker. It would help to know the real support hours. Overall, very positive experience — just make sure you can communicate in English (or Turkish), otherwise it might be a bit tricky... I recommand

They didn’t hear me and told their truth, I paid the amount of which only part of my face was made to me. The result is not what you think and gave me a scar in the form of a scar on my face. They don't want to return the money

Everything about the experience was amazing! Our dermatologist Nur Afsar is way experienced beyond her years. I have never seen such dramatic yet subtle results in my life. I was with a few friends and no one had a cookie cutter outcome. Everyone had personalized recommendations and Nur is so low-key and easy to work with, you wanted to have a drink with her after!!! The rest of the staff was professional spoke amazing English and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I can’t choose one. The whole experience was amazing. Loved our dermatologist. We loved the clinic and we loved everyone who worked there.

We worked with Tosin and he was just as fabulous as the clinic and made our experience amazing. His response rate was off the charts and we had actually talked with a couple of other coordinators at other places and within the first response we knew he was our guy. Gave us exactly what we wanted was so easy to work with and would never wanna work with anyone else. He followed up after followed up during and followed up before to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The whole hair transplant journey was positive throughout and perfectly organised. I received excellent support - the assistance, including via WhatsApp, was always quick and very helpful. The doctors were extremely competent and did a great job. The hotel was close by, which made the procedures very convenient. Doctor Burak Pasinlioğlu was extremely helpful and lovely, he made me feel comfortable and at ease, he has such a calming demeanour that made me not be nervous about the breast reduction surgery i’ve done. Clinic was great in an even greater location. I felt very comfortable dealing with everyone.

I had otoplasty at the Quartz clinic via Bookimed, Everything went really well, from the transport from the airport to the hotel, including the operation and the return journey. The clinic staff were very pleasant and professional, the surgeon did a very good job, I'm satisfied with the result, and the translator also did his job. I may come back for another surgery. I would recommend the whole team for this positive experience.
