I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence. I am grateful to all the people at Quartz Clinic and bookimed who were involved in this important event for me and helped me to have a positive experience without a single negative.

Yesterday i had a hair transplant at this clinic, and I couldn't be happier. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The surgeon did a fantastic job, and the post-op care was thorough. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering a hair transplant.

Excellent Coordination and Support I had a very smooth experience with my medical journey through Bookimed, thanks to my coordinator Karyna Repetir. From the very beginning, she was attentive, professional, and always followed up to make sure everything was clear. She explained each step of the process, helped me with scheduling and documentation, and stayed in touch before, during, and after my visit. What I appreciated most was her patience and kindness — she answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my treatment. My hair transplant experience in Turkey at Quartz Clinic Ahlem raddaoui was excellent — great medical service and professional staff. The only thing that could be improved is communication. They say support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, but in reality, it seems there are specific hours when responses are quicker. It would help to know the real support hours. Overall, very positive experience — just make sure you can communicate in English (or Turkish), otherwise it might be a bit tricky... I recommand

They didn’t hear me and told their truth, I paid the amount of which only part of my face was made to me. The result is not what you think and gave me a scar in the form of a scar on my face. They don't want to return the money

Good communications with the clinic and Dr. Aysel Pasazade was great and professional. The result of the facelift turned out really good. The nurses were also very nice and made my stay at the clinic a positive experience. I recommend to arrive early the day before surgery to have the consultation because it can be stressful in the morning on the same day.

I wish I would have came earlier the day before surgery to have a consultation with the doctor. I was appointed a new doctor (the day before) and advised to do a different procedure (on same day as surgery) so I had to make decisions on the spot. I was offered the oppertunity to have a consultation the day before if I would have arrived early, and thats something I would really recommend to others.

I was told I would have the choice of sedation, but I didn't; he chose it without consulting me. And on the other occasions I saw him, he wasn't wearing appropriate sanitary clothing. However, the nurses were very good, attentive, and wearing appropriate sanitary clothing.

Everything about the experience was amazing! Our dermatologist Nur Afsar is way experienced beyond her years. I have never seen such dramatic yet subtle results in my life. I was with a few friends and no one had a cookie cutter outcome. Everyone had personalized recommendations and Nur is so low-key and easy to work with, you wanted to have a drink with her after!!! The rest of the staff was professional spoke amazing English and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I can’t choose one. The whole experience was amazing. Loved our dermatologist. We loved the clinic and we loved everyone who worked there.

We worked with Tosin and he was just as fabulous as the clinic and made our experience amazing. His response rate was off the charts and we had actually talked with a couple of other coordinators at other places and within the first response we knew he was our guy. Gave us exactly what we wanted was so easy to work with and would never wanna work with anyone else. He followed up after followed up during and followed up before to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Doctor Burak Pasinlioğlu was extremely helpful and lovely, he made me feel comfortable and at ease, he has such a calming demeanour that made me not be nervous about the breast reduction surgery i’ve done. Clinic was great in an even greater location. I felt very comfortable dealing with everyone.

The whole hair transplant journey was positive throughout and perfectly organised. I received excellent support - the assistance, including via WhatsApp, was always quick and very helpful.
