В феврале делал здесь пересадку волос. Клиника ок, но нужно заранее понимать, что турки относятся к пересадке волос как к косметологии, а не как к серьёзному хирургическому вмешательству. Всё было стерильно и зажиление прошло отлично, но не ждите сверкающей операционной, хирурга в халате и "сестра, скальпель". Смело задавайте вопросы, контролируйте на каждом этапе и, самое главное, корректируйте нарисованную линию по своим ощущениям! Потому что изначально могут нарисовать три прямых линии, по заветам современной турецкой моды, видимо, максимально неестественно. Готовьтесь, что в первую ночь повязка скорее всего протечёт, запаситесь и обложитесь пелёнками -- об этом не предупраждают. В общем, клинике есть куда улучшаться. Но сравнивать мне не с чем, везде ли так, поэтому в целом советую, результат устроил.

I travelled solo for treatment and the support I received from the start of booking with Bookimed before travelling whilst at my clinic and on my return home was great always there to support me and my clinic in Istanbul was fantastic that they recommended would definitely use Bookimed again if was thinking of any more treatment they found quartz clinic in Istanbul for my otoplasty so pleased with everything thanks you made it all feel a great experience

Supported me from the start with finding my clinic helping arranging transport my transfers and made sure I was safe whilst I was away by regular contact and always a message away if I needed anything as I was solo travelling this was a really great help

The surgeon did a good job and gave me good advice. I would recommend him. The nurses and staff were nice, everything was very clean, and the food was very good. I did feel a few times that I was glad I was working with Bookimed and not directly with the clinic management: that the Bookimed team was going the extra mile to ensure a high standard of post-operative care. The medical coordinator who made the appointment for me and provided support throughout was really outstanding. The experience would have been totally different without him.

The whole experience has been amazing. The Bookimed team were fantastic. The team at Quartz clinic, where I had the treatment were also amazing. The facilities, procedure, staff, hotel, everything was fantastic, I am so happy. I had otoplasty (ear plastic surgery) to change the shape of my ears and I'm overwhelmed with the results. Dr Ramazan is absolutely brilliant and I'd recommend him 100%! Thanks to all for my trip and procedure. Tom - London

Could improve by supplying better pain relief other than numbing cream as that's the only thing putting me off coming back.But overall experience was good all the staff were really friendly and helpful
