The whole experience has been amazing. The Bookimed team were fantastic. The team at Quartz clinic, where I had the treatment were also amazing. The facilities, procedure, staff, hotel, everything was fantastic, I am so happy. I had otoplasty (ear plastic surgery) to change the shape of my ears and I'm overwhelmed with the results. Dr Ramazan is absolutely brilliant and I'd recommend him 100%! Thanks to all for my trip and procedure. Tom - London

Could improve by supplying better pain relief other than numbing cream as that's the only thing putting me off coming back.But overall experience was good all the staff were really friendly and helpful

Had patience even with language barrier.

Privacy during procedures. They leave door opens a lot. The hairline was more of what doctor preferred more then what I had in mind.
