Consultations should be able to take place without a language barrier. It is annoying to only be informed about crucial points during the application. In this case, the inapplicability of the chosen method for the centrally desired zone. Disappointing.
The manager was accommodating in the end and made a compensation offer.

My consultation was mainly through WhatsApp chat. We didn’t discuss in too much detail until I saw the doctor in person on the day.
Everything was very organised and the travel and accommodation was all taken care of. I felt like if I needed help after the surgery I. Would be taken care of.
As I mentioned sometimes I didn’t get information until last minute or I had to ask for specific details so perhaps would like a bit more information sharing

Overall the experience went well and I am waiting to see the final result of the surgery once I am fully healed before I can give my final opinion.

The nurses were so kind and helpful, it truly made the experience so much more comfortable and pleasant. My surgeon listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Overall it was a great experience and I’m so glad I chose this facility.
The nurses were always friendly and smiling which made me feel at ease. They also reassured me that everything was normal when I got anxious. The surgeon was very receptive and made sure I was happy with the outcome, I’m grateful he listened to me instead of telling me what I should want.
Maybe faster response time over WhatsApp but honestly I’m sure they’re busy and doing their best so I don’t really have any complaints.

Finding and booking a surgery center through Bookimed was easy and user friendly. I appreciate that I was able to see all my options and communicate directly with surgery centers. Also I felt safer and more confident knowing that all the hospitals I was interacting with were legitimate.

Very nice staff. Dr.Leyla was amazing. She understood my concerns of having otoplasty done for the second time to décorée thé my ear again and made sure I was relaxed by having 2 follow up appointments and car transports for every single travel.
Everything I mentioned before!
The only I thing I regret is not going under general anesthesia for this surgery which is my fault. But then again, my recovery after local anesthesia was much quicker and smoother because of that.

Overall, everything went as discussed. The hotel and the clinic are a 5-minute drive away. They met us at the airport and provided transportation both ways. The surgery itself also went smoothly without issues. I am satisfied with the doctor and the team; any question I had was answered. As for the results, I cannot say anything yet.
