I am very grateful to the company Bukimed and my coordinators Kristina and Ali, who answered my questions very quickly, did not rush me in anything, were extremely loyal. I could even tell them what was bothering me in life and about my strange doubts, and they accepted them and supported me. This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone. The clinic greeted me warmly, I read the contract for 5 hours, no one rushed me (I just translated every line). I went to the clinic for checkups, they immediately organized a transfer upon request, the result is excellent. I did not know what size of breasts I wanted by numbers because I could not imagine how it would be better for me, but my professional doctor understood me by microexpressions and did everything perfectly, she chose the best size for me according to the structure of my breasts. The support of the coordinators, medical staff is also 10/10. To be honest, I thought that I was just a client - who pays, but after the visit I realized that I was wrong - they treated me like a patient, but a person. I did not use the services of a translator, because I liked how we amusingly with the nurses explain what needs to be done by movements and in simple words

Everything, I don't even know what to highlight. From start to finish everything was perfect. The operation was successful, any requests were satisfied. Communication was super, cleanliness was super.

On the first day when I checked into the clinic (the day before the operation), I was a little scared at first because everyone didn't know English well, since in general I was scared before my first independent major operation

The coordinator is really available 24/7, and it's really a person, because at first I thought it was impossible and it was a bot, but no - it's a living person, I was shocked. She picked out clinics to choose from perfectly, she didn't rush me. Very cute

My biggest concern going into this was the recovery process and what the final result would feel like. In reality, the healing has been better than expected. Everything is straightforward. Even at this early stage, the girth increase from the hyaluronic acid filler feels completely natural and even, which was exactly the outcome I was hoping for. The surgeon and staff were professional and clear with all instructions. I haven't tried sexual activity yet, as I'm following all the post-op guidelines carefully. The service from this clinic was solid, and I would point others in their direction.

From the communication all the way to the procedure everything was great and went very smoothly. 10/10 recommend.

Many thanks to Bookimed for their services. Prosperity to you. The clinic was good, the interior, cleanliness, etc., everything was fine. The main and biggest plus of the clinic is the surgeon Burak himself. He is a very nice person and an excellent doctor. The staff is friendly, after the operation I was in the clinic under the round-the-clock supervision of nurses. They also left only positive emotions. They fed, cared for, even helped to go to the toilet. They came without a “call” to check if everything was fine. I also want to note that going into anesthesia was quick and pleasant, if I may say so. It's like falling asleep after a hard day - these are the emotions I had when I fell asleep. I also want to note the hotel, not a bad enough hotel and the staff is wonderful. Water, cleaning - everything is as it should be. By the way, there were practically no bruises, only swelling for 1-3 days. Separately, I want to highlight my translator, Ali. I am very glad that it was he who accompanied me, I am extremely grateful. He's a great guy, easy to talk to. He answered all my questions very quickly, even outside business hours. there was only one problem in the organization of the transfer, but it was quickly resolved.

I was looking for a clinic that I could trust with my face and life. I came across the Bookimed website (I never knew about it before), left a request and literally within an hour (maybe less) a very nice girl, my coordinator, called me back. She immediately made me feel at ease, I liked that all the answers to questions, options for clinics, everything is sent almost instantly. I did not wait for answers for an hour or more. Everything was perfectly organized, nice people and of course the clinic itself left only very good emotions. I have and will continue to recommend this service. Thank you!!

The medical team that attended me with the hair transplant did a great job! The intervention took quite a while yet the team attending me displayed a high level of patience and professionalism.Special kudos for Doctor Tolga and his medical team I would remember Koray and Esra and for the interpreter Hanin that accompanied me with translation throughout the all time. I was in Istanbul for a holiday and decided to try Morpheus 8. While looking for a clinic I stumbled upon bookimed.com. I didn't have much time since I was due to fly to Cappadocia the next day. ALI, was very helpful and was able to book the procedure for me the following day. He quoted me a good price for both face and neck. On top of it, he went above and beyond. He met with me and accompanied me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate everything he had done. It made everything so smooth. All the staff from Quartz clinic were very professional as well. Dr Ezgi did a great job during my 2 sessions. I would highly recommend bookimed for bookings and Quartz clinic for procedures. Their professionalism, and on time communication made a big difference.

My biggest worry going into this was the recovery pain. Honestly, the most challenging part so far post-op has been the donor site soreness from my love handles, not my face. My cheeks and temples, where the fat was transferred, are still quite swollen. It’s definitely too early to tell what the final volume will be. Right now, there is a slight difference in symmetry between the sides, but that can be expected at this stage. The surgeon and the clinic staff were straightforward and capable, which I appreciated. My one tip for anyone considering this is simple. You will be nervous but when you finish, you will be glad you did it.

The results were great which is the most important.

Would have loved more reassurance with procedure and what exactly the doctor was about to do. More detail explanation with recovery timelines and what to do during recovery .

My biggest worry was the recovery pain, but it turned out to be manageable. At 15 days post-op, it’s mostly just a mild discomfort. The surgeon used an under-the-breast incision and placed the implants under the muscle. The whole team at the clinic was solid. I will say, sleeping is still a struggle and my nipples are slightly numb, but I was prepared for these temporary things. For anyone else considering this, my best recovery hack is to stay on top of your medication schedule. Keep track of your painkillers; don't miss any dose, especially in the beginning. It truly helps.

My biggest worry was how difficult recovery would be, and whether it would be worth it. The bruising visibility has definitely been the most challenging part, and my under eyes is still quite puffy (fat transplant). Despite that, the improvement in my jowls is already dramatic. My neck feels slightly tight when I turn my head, but it's okay. The surgeon and staff were excellent. My most essential tip is to be prepared: recovery really does require time and patience, plus a lot of help from a friend or partner. Sticking to soups, fruits, and veggies instead of hard food has been a huge help.

I had a deep plane facelift at this clinic, and the entire experience was very positive from start to finish. The process was very well planned, with everything running smoothly and on time, which made me feel calm and well taken care of throughout. The doctor was highly professional, clear, and very concrete in communication. What I especially appreciated was their thoughtful approach. they suggested an additional procedure that I hadn’t originally considered, but which ultimately enhanced the overall result in a very natural and balanced way. I felt supported at every stage, from consultation through recovery. The attention to detail, organization, and medical expertise truly stand out. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone considering similar procedures.

I had no bad experience but the results are still to be visible within next couple of months.

The surgeon and the staff did a good job; the overall experience was positive for me. The biggest challenge during my recovery was the extreme difficulty I had eating, which really affected me during the first few weeks, and having to sleep sitting up. Medically, everything went well. The swelling along the jawline is minimal after 10 days and I can already see a significant improvement in my sagging cheeks thanks to the deep plane facelift. My neck still feels slightly stiff when I turn my head, but it’s fine. As autologous fat was taken from my abdomen, there’s still a pulling sensation there, like severe muscle soreness; I notice it particularly when I stand up. But it’s getting better every day. My top tip: take time to recover after the operation and ideally travel with someone else. Loose-fitting clothes with wide necklines are essential, as is eating slowly in small bites and drinking plenty of water. Everything else will fall into place in time

Whenever I was unsure, I was able to ask the doctor and consult her, which gave me great reassurance.

I felt a bit helpless with the nausea after the anaesthetic. The nurse always came straight away, though; it would have been nice if she’d spoken English.

My main concern was the pain associated with the procedure itself and the subsequent recovery. Fortunately, my fears proved unfounded. I underwent a DHI transplant, with a total of between 4,000 and 5,000 grafts transplanted. Now, 15 days on, the healing process is progressing normally. The only thing is that the donor area remains sensitive to touch, but this is to be expected during recovery. The coordination and work of the clinic staff were clear and straightforward at every stage. The surgeon and his team worked very smoothly together. Overall, the organisation of the entire process was of a high standard.
