Everything went perfectly
I was initially concerned about the logistics of traveling for a procedure, but the whole experience was very well organized. Everything went perfectly. I’m recovering well without any problems, and I am very satisfied with the treatment and the entire process. The surgeon clearly explained the extraction and implantation steps, which was reassuring. The team was helpful and professional, making it easy to ask any questions before arriving. While post-procedure support has been a little slow to respond, I am still very satisfied. My advice for future patients: follow the clinic’s instructions carefully and bring comfortable button-up shirts.

Overall, the organisation of the entire process was of a high standard
My main concern was the pain associated with the procedure itself and the subsequent recovery. Fortunately, my fears proved unfounded. I underwent a DHI transplant, with a total of between 4,000 and 5,000 grafts transplanted. Now, 15 days on, the healing process is progressing normally. The only thing is that the donor area remains sensitive to touch, but this is to be expected during recovery. The coordination and work of the clinic staff were clear and straightforward at every stage. The surgeon and his team worked very smoothly together. Overall, the organisation of the entire process was of a high standard.

All in all, I fully recommend this clinic
From the first contact, the support team were very accommodating, professional and was helpful to answer any of my queries.
I arrived Istanbul slightly earlier before my hair transplant date to go sightseeing, and they were able to accommodate my schedule including pickup and drop of to airport. They even went above and beyond by helping me to get a transfer from the hotel that I I initially stayed to another hotel that was provided by them.
The facilities of the clinic was quite good, and they had the necessary staff that would make or break a good surgery. The Dr spoke good English, was full of empathy of how I felt about my hair, and provided a recommendation on what I needed to do in line with what I wanted to achieve.
The transplant was smooth even though it was quite long. However, with the medications they give you, it's not that bad. This also depends on how many grafts you intend to do. I initially thought I was going to be in a lot of pain during and a few days after the operation, but thankfully none of that happened to me. I didn't even have swelling.
All in all, I fully recommend this clinic. I'm currently on Day 3, so I have yet to see the results, but so far everything looks okay and is healing quite well

My hair transplant experience in Turkey at Quartz Clinic Ahlem raddaoui was excellent — great medical service and professional staff. The only thing that could be improved is communication. They say support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, but in reality, it seems there are specific hours when responses are quicker. It would help to know the real support hours. Overall, very positive experience — just make sure you can communicate in English (or Turkish), otherwise it might be a bit tricky... I recommand

Coordinator Olha was very patient with my questions and requests, over a long period of time, as I was very apprehensive about booking. We eventually agreed upon a clinic which suited me and my needs. Everything went smoothly until the morning of my procedure, when I was told by the doctor that they could not perform the procedure due to the fact that I was taking Asprin. This information was given to Olha, who in turn was to ask the clinic. I was informed that the clinic agreed to proceed even though I was taking Asprin, I was happy with this as other clinics would not. This was nearly a completely wasted trip for my wife and myself. I had to sign a waiver at the clinic to proceed, which I did, and everything went fine. Better communication between Bookimed and Clinic is a must.
The hotel that was organised for our stay was very adequate, but definitely needs better soundproofing. Staff and location was great.
