If it were possible to put more stars, I would have given 100. I sent my grandmother for rehabilitation after a stroke that happened 8 years ago. During all this time, she almost never left the house, she was very closed off, in a depressed state, and categorically didn’t want to go to rehabilitation. For her, even the idea of a new place, unfamiliar people, and change was a huge fear. And I want to say that the work of this center started even before my grandmother had even arrived. I asked the staff to talk to her and calm her down. They called her several times, spent their own time, patiently explained things, and reassured her. I myself heard these conversations and was deeply moved by how humanely they treated her. And it wasn’t only my grandmother they calmed down, but also me when I was worried. They also helped me with a situation that in no way fell within their responsibilities. I had a problem organizing my grandmother’s transportation, and the center’s staff helped solve everything quickly and efficiently, without any unnecessary questions. In that moment, it was extremely important for me. When my grandmother arrived, during the first few days she still wanted to go home—not because she was feeling bad there, but simply because of her fear of changes and everything new. But literally after a few days, her attitude completely changed. I asked her whether she wanted to go home, or whether she wanted to go there from somewhere, and she was already answering: “I’m fine here.” For me, this is a huge result. The staff here is unbelievably attentive, compassionate, and friendly. The caregivers are constantly smiling, they address patients very gently, and they never make you feel like you’re in the way. Every morning, they help with hygiene, dressing, and other everyday things. There is a nurse who monitors the patients’ condition, measures blood pressure, and keeps track of taking all the necessary tablets. If needed, they can measure the blood pressure again—no one will tell you that you’re being too anxious for worrying once again. I also want to especially note the food. The food here is truly very tasty. I tried it myself several times—the food is fresh, aromatic, and the portions are good. And what’s especially important to me is that the staff adjust the meals for each specific patient. For example, after a case when my grandmother choked, they started cutting the food into small pieces so it would be safer for her to eat. There’s no feeling that you’re just “one more patient.” No one judges, looks at you askance, or makes you feel uncomfortable because of the person’s condition. On the contrary—I constantly feel supported. I also want to thank the psychologist who works with my grandmother every day. After 8 years of practically isolated life, I understand that one rehabilitation course won’t be enough and, possibly, my grandmother may need more than one course. But I can already see changes specifically in her emotional state, and for me that means a lot. In two weeks of living and rehabilitation, I paid about 68,000 UAH. I organized my grandmother’s transportation from my city separately as well—about 6,000 UAH. And I truly believe that this center is worth every kopeck. Even more impressive to me was the communication with other patients. There are people who come here already for the second time, fourth time, and even regularly return here for the next courses. Some travel hundreds of kilometers from different parts of Ukraine just to get back here again. And after talking with them, I understood why. My grandmother’s rehabilitation hasn’t finished yet, but right now I can already say that I’m very glad I chose this center. In such a difficult situation, it was important for me not only to receive help for my grandmother, but also to feel that I wasn’t left alone with all of this. And this is exactly what I got here. Thank you to the entire team for your patience, your kindness, your care, your smiles, and for helping people believe that change is possible.

A modern center with young specialists—everyone is friendly and happy to help. Rehabilitation therapist Nazar works well with the kids, and occupational therapist Ira too. We were here for the first time. There’s a cafeteria with coffee available freely and cookies. If needed and upon request, they can prepare something separately for the child. Overall, the first impression was great—everyone generally takes care of the comfort and safety of their patients 🤲

Dear friends, if you’re tired of pain, of despair, and it feels like there’s no way out, I recommend contacting ReaMедикал. I spent 21 days at the center. I came in on a walker and left with a cane. I want to leave a few words about REA:MEDICAL, because this center has truly left me with very warm impressions. My friend was here for rehabilitation after a severe gunshot wound to the leg. After the injury she stopped speaking for more than a year and had a lot of difficulty walking. Before that, she had already undergone rehabilitation in another facility, where they also worked with her a great deal, so I sincerely thank all the specialists who helped her along this path. I believe this kind of result is the work of many people and a big, comprehensive process. But when we got to REA:MEDICAL, within a few weeks we saw very noticeable changes. After more than a year without speech, she started speaking!!! And she began to walk significantly better. For us, this was incredibly important and very touching ❤️ I want to thank the entire team that worked with my friend: the rehabilitation therapists, the psychologist, the occupational therapist, the medical staff, the administrator, the kitchen staff, and everyone who is there every day alongside patients. Each person made their own contribution to her recovery. The rehabilitation therapists were professional, compassionate, modern in their approaches, and—what is especially valuable to me—very humane. The psychologist and the occupational therapist helped her adapt, overcome difficulties, and gradually return to a more independent life. The medical staff constantly cared about her condition and comfort. The administrator always helped resolve organizational matters, and the kitchen staff took care of good and varied meals. During the rehabilitation, everyone became so attached to her that at the time of saying goodbye I saw tears in one of the staff members’ eyes. And it was completely sincere. You could tell that each person cared about her and genuinely rejoiced in every one of her achievements. We really liked the conditions—everything is clean, comfortable, and thought out to the smallest details. The constant 24/7 care, friendly staff, and attentive attitude were felt in everything. In different situations, they always met us halfway, and that is very valuable. I also liked very much that on weekends they organized family days when relatives could come. For a person going through such a difficult period, the chance to be with loved ones, talk, and simply change the environment is very important. I understand that her recovery is the result of the work of many people and many months. But REA:MEDICAL definitely became a very important part of this journey.
