Everything was super, I was picked up from the airport and brought directly to the hotel. Everyone was very friendly from the driver to the hotel staff.
Special thanks to Bee Bee who always answered questions correctly, accompanied me all the time and even often came to the operating room to support me, ask how I was feeling and if I needed to translate anything to the doctors.
In general, everything is fine, I was given a lot of medicines and hair transplant care products after the procedure.
It's too early to talk about the results, if possible, I will update the comment in six months to share more detailed information about care, etc.

Very good clinic, clean, pleasant and helpful medical staff and all employees. Convenient, high quality, everything is very well organised from picking up at the airport and travelling to the clinic. It is also very convenient that there is an interpreter, which in fact was a link between the patient and the clinic, solving all organisational issues.
The nursing staff and interpreters are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The whole process, starting from arrival in the city, is perfectly fine-tuned and automated, everything is thought out, you don't have to think or worry about anything at all.
I was picked up from the airport, brought to the hotel, and told in advance how to prepare for the operation. The hotel is 4 stars, located in the centre of Istanbul. It has a large comfortable room, breakfast is included, and there is an inexpensive café across the road if you don't want to bother with lunch.
On the day of the operation I was picked up from the hotel and taken to the clinic. Excellent professional team of doctors, we transplanted almost 5000 grafts, although we expected 3500-4000 by standard. The operation took more than 8 hours, the stamina of the staff can only be envied :)
The post-operative care was also excellent - they provided all the most necessary things and medications for post-operative recovery, and vitamins and hair restoration spray for an extra charge.
A special thanks to the clinic for the fact that when I arrived in Istanbul a few days earlier and initially checked into my hotel, they picked me up from the airport, drove me to my hotel, and transferred me to my hotel from the clinic the day before the operation. This is a very nice bonus from the clinic, for which I am very grateful!
It's been 10 days after the operation, some exact result will be in 3-4 months, as I was told, but already I can see that it is much better than it was :)
Automation of the whole process: from arrival to departure. Attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Assistance of an interpreter. Constant accompaniment and care of the patient: before, during and after the operation. Good price. Comfortable accommodation and delivery conditions. Beautiful city, 2 days after the operation you can walk around quietly, admiring the local sights.
There was a lack of entertainment during the operation, the TV didn't work, it was boring.

This clinic was the best, honestly 10/10. I’ve had surgery before and I wish I would’ve found them earlier. I was skeptical to book with them at first, due to the low reviews and cheap price but I’m so happy iI did! Everything is straight to the point as soon as you get there, no messing around. My assistant maryem was so nice and never made us feel alone, I had to stay extra nights in the hospital but I didn’t mind, the staff were very attentive and the place was clean. There was a male nurse, I think his name was izmit although he didn’t speak English he was the most comforting and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and good for a standard room. As for my surgeon he’s the best! I had liposuction in January and the people before left my belly uneven and still fat, this surgeon took so much fat from my stomach and back, I have no more back rolls and my stomach is completely flat. I am very happy that I chose here, although the price is cheap the surgeries are top quality! I will be returning soon, thank you Adem & havva!

My biggest concern before arriving was how long the donor area would stay raw and painful, especially after a massive session of 4000-5000 grafts. Surprisingly, just fifteen days later, that area is completely healed. Using the Sapphire FUE technique seems to have helped with the precision and the overall recovery speed so far. The staff and surgeon were very direct about the process, which suited my need for clear information. Sleeping was the main hurdle initially, but I found that a standard neck pillow works well to keep everything protected. It is a long process. While I am still in the early stages, the efficiency of the clinic and the professional handling of the procedure have made this manageable.

From the very beginning, communication took place in a friendly atmosphere. All details of the procedure were explained in detail. The interpreter was in touch all the time and was always ready to help and answer any questions. It can be seen that the doctor who performed the procedure and the clinic staff know their business well. If you want to perform a hair transplant, then Adam and Eve clinic is perfect for this.

I wanted to leave a review and share my experience.
In February this year I had a beard transplant in this clinic.
I would like to note some details that may be useful to someone.
And so let's begin
I signed up online, I immediately discounted the instructions before the transplant. There is nothing unusual in it, as well as sent instructions on arrival in Istanbul where to come and who will meet me. On arrival everything happened exactly as it happened and I was immediately met and taken to the hotel. I was satisfied with the hotel, they explained at once the plan for the next day on the operation, when it is better to eat what to wear, etc. Also on the next day for me with the driver came my interpreter. It is very convenient to ask some details and in general to talk before the operation. I was not worried as I knew what to expect. Everything went quickly enough for me want to time lasted 8 hours. I would like to say that everything is very organised and simple, starting from the arrival and ending with the flight back home, transfer during all 3 days is very convenient. The main thing is to listen to what they say and do exactly the same right down to when it is better to eat.
On the downside I would have liked more information about the recovery process before travelling to Istanbul as people treat any external changes differently. So that you can better plan your trip between jobs.
Otherwise, I would like to reiterate that the transfer, hotel, interpreter and the attitude in the clinic are all A's).
