I want to leave my review about the clinic Adam and Eve, in which I successfully had a hair transplant and mesotherapy. Last week I flew to Istanbul. The first positive impression on me was made by the good-natured driver Zafer, who met me and was really worried about my comfort with interest, not anyhow. He took me to the hotel, and did not leave until I was checked into the room, for which many thanks to him. On the night before the operation, I was very worried (that’s very impressionable :)) and when I crossed the threshold of the clinic, my worries should only intensify, however, the clinic staff greeted me very warmly and the worries somehow disappeared on their own. During the consultation with Dr. Chagatai, I realized that I had fallen into the “right hands”. His many years of experience can be felt even at a distance. He led the process completely "from and to", constantly advising colleagues on the nuances of the operation. Perhaps that is why I was sure of a positive outcome at all stages of transplantation. But what really surprised me was that I came on the recommendation of two friends and didn’t even talk to Dr. Chagatai about them before, but in the process of communicating, I talked about friends who were already transplanting. Dr. Chagatai pleasantly surprised me that he remembers all his patients. And after I called their names, he himself showed photos of both of my friends (they did the transplant operation more than a year ago). So I immediately felt the lack of a “conveyor machine” in the book and an individual approach to each. Hair transplantation itself was performed by Ertan and Efsan. I am ready to applaud these people standing. During the operation, I constantly fidgeted, jerked my head and was in every way nervous and trembling, but their professional mood could only be envied. They kept an iron calm and did their job, worrying about the first thing about me. If there were at least 5% of such professionals in my field, the economy of my country would develop by leaps and bounds :) A day after the operation, I was again in the clinic and after mesotherapy and talking with Dr. Chagotay, I decided to go and see the city, but even then they worried about me, and the employee of the scribes Serpil (it seems her name was that) gave me an umbrella, saying that if it starts to rain, my hair will be safe. Particularly because of such trifles, a positive impression is created about people and their approach to work. And of course, all this positive experience in transplantation would not have happened if not for my coordinator and translator Dilyara. I can not formulate such a thank you, which I would like to convey to her. She was close from the beginning of the operation to the end. She constantly worried about me and sympathized with the operation with me (I felt it). Dilyara constantly encouraged me, calmed and joked, and we laughed a lot. I was afraid of doctors from childhood, but next to Dilara I did not feel like a patient in an operating bed, and the feeling was more heedless and pleasant. I summarize this all in one: the biggest gratitude from customers is recommendations. And I managed to give them to my relatives, who sent me a pioneer for them. Because the issue with baldness worries almost half of my close circle among men; in 2020 at least 7 people will come from me for transplantation to the clinic.
