In July 2022, I underwent an examination at the Anadolu clinic. The examination was conducted by Dr. Zafer Gulbash. Everything went very professionally, at a high level. It can be seen that the specialist is highly professional and competent. I would also like to note the high level of service of Bookimed employee Anna Khomenko. Very friendly, competent staff. I also wanted to express my gratitude to the staff of the clinic Anadol Osman Shahin, Zahida, Khalida and others, whose names I unfortunately did not remember.

Drs Sedat Karademir, Ayhan Erdemir and Tamer Askoy who operated on my mom (utérine cancer ) are very skilled and I give them a rating of 5 stars. However I had an horrible experience with the so called international coordinators who ended UP billing us twice the initial estimate, and worst billed us a second operation despite admitting later ( I have the recording) that in the end, No further operation was made . Their practices should be audited because they cast a VERY Bad image on the hospital.

Hello, I was at the Andolu clinic on 06/06/2022 and I am very pleased with the visit. The clinic is chic, the doctor I had was a professional in his field, the equipment on which the doctors work is of a high standard. We had an interpreter into Russian with us, they translated everything clearly and in an accessible way, helped with paperwork, and also remotely formed a visit. Definitely recommend

The staff is very professional. All procedures were done with dignity and respect. The staff made sure i am comfortable and calm during the procedures. They helped me when i was anxious . Everything was explain in a plain language, so i can understand. Nothing was too much for them.We are looking forward to going back there and finish my treatment in the near fufture

My personal assistant, Zahida, was absolutely brilliant . She was always on the other side of the line ready to answer my million questions, She organised all medical appointments and hotel. Even when we had to change everything in the last minute, due to a medical problems, Zahida rearranged everything very quickly and proffesional. Nothing was too much for her. It was pleassure to meet her in the hospital. Looking forward to meeting her in the near future.
