The hospital told me transport and everything has been arranged to go back to hotel after appointment but I was left stranded. I was told I will get my result on the day but it’s almost two week now and still no result. And I was charged extra money when I arrived at the hospital for now reason

I am very grateful to the doctors for the accuracy and, most importantly, efficiency! In two days, I underwent a full examination, which in our oncology could take more than one month. I have aggressive breast cancer, tumor 3 cm. On the first ultrasound, she was 2 cm, while I was being examined in our oncology, and this is a month before the diagnosis, the tumor increased by a centimeter. After 4 chemotherapies, the tumor became less than a centimeter, which allows surgery without removing the mammary gland. Before visiting the Anadolu clinic, cancer sounded like a sentence, it seemed everything, was it really the end? But when you get to doctors of this level, the confidence in recovery does not leave for a second. Cancer hates time, every moment counts. I managed to stop him! And I think without Anadolu I would have had less chance of such a happy ending. I want to say a special thank you to coordinator Alexei, he led me until they met me at the Istanbul airport. Due to the pandemic, there were many controversies whether or not they would be allowed into the country. The airline employees gave different information, which drove into panic. Alexey trusted in me the confidence that I would finish without problems, and that is exactly what happened. And of course I would like to mention my translator Lyudmila, who is constantly in touch. Questions that arise during treatment never go unanswered!

I came for the first time for examination at the Anadolu clinic. Yes, in fact, a very good clinic, everything is organized from the plane to the last day. I want to express my deep gratitude to all the medical staff to the management of the Anadolu clinic! I would like to note the high professionalism of all the doctors whom I underwent examinations, the ability to convey to everyone's consciousness. Cardiologist Ertan Okmen surprised me with his professionalism at the first consultation, only listening to me, he named all my heart problems, which were confirmed after further examination. I want to say a big thank you to the oncologist Ismail Hakki who very professionally and deeply explained and answered all my questions. I ask the management of the Anadolu clinic to pay attention to such specialists and appreciate their work at its true worth. Thanks to the coordinator and translator Maria for her care and attention. Within Hours of contacting the hospital Dr Sadeq from Bookimed called me and had a chat for few minutes to learn about my case. Next day I received an email from Ms Burcu with my appointments. On arriving to the hospital a translator was waiting to assist in making the paper work and accompany me to the clinics. In three consecutive days I saw three professor doctors highly knowledgeable after which I received an email with the reports of the professors and the different departments. I am confident that my case is professionally assessed and I am very thankful. The coordination and follow up was perfect. The system really works at its best
