I really believe in signs of fate, the very first who got in touch was Alex with bookimed, I talked about the situation, I offered several clinics in Turkey “Anadolu” and Israel “Surasky”, on the holy feast of the Protection, the answer came from Adenolu and immediately flew! We were met at the airport and taken to the Titanic Hotel at the clinic (I think the best option). We underwent MRI examinations (cons surgeon, oncologist, biopsy, tests, and a radiation doctor and Pat.). Girls translators are very polite, attentive. Thanks to them separately, they were our "language" in the clinic. Sofia's parents also thank the doctor (unfortunately, I did not see her). Upon arrival at the Titanic Hotel, it turned out that there were no places, although we had booked two rooms in advance, sent passports and tickets for reservation, but somehow we were arriving with children for the second time in the morning and they didn’t wait for us, we had to go to another hotel that is, we were taken. In July 2019, I visited the Anadolu Clinic with the goal of delivering biomaterial for genetic tests. I had only pleasant impressions from visiting this clinic. I was provided with a transfer from the airport and back, at the door of the clinic I was immediately met by the coordinator Eliza. Within a short time, all formalities with the design and delivery of the material were settled. The clinic is very modern, provides excellent service for foreign patients. Within the walls of the clinic, I met my compatriots who are being treated and heard their positive reviews. Anadolu is a great clinic. The level of doctors is very high. Fresh equipment, pleasant translators and approach to patients - there is nothing bad to say. From weak links I can only select coordinators. Here everything is not always good. Well, in general, I am very pleased. Treated oncology there. Seen how many guys pulled. For radiation therapy definitely there!

I liked the service very much, a completely different level compared to medicine in Ukraine. The professor immediately called for trust, transfer, settlement, everything was very clear and fast. The only thing was a hitch immediately upon arrival, the attendant was not immediately found, but they turned to the airport staff and they were happy to help to contact. He was at the airport, just a little apart. The rest of the stay was very comfortable and did not require anything from our side. Everyone was accompanied by companions, translators and medical staff.

The clinic really liked, clean, neat. The oncologist, Zafer Gulbash, is a very good specialist, consulted, took the necessary tests and released with further testimony. A minus is not organization in work with foreign patients, translation of documents and financial counting.
