The clinic is modern, the staff is friendly and professional. The ward is very comfortable with a personal shower room with a toilet - of course everything is very clean. The clinic has a Russian-speaking staff. I would also like to note the work of Bookimed coordinator Vladimir Andrievsky, who was in touch almost 24 hours a day! Problems that arose in the process of organizing were solved with his help! The representative of the clinic and at the same time the translator Almira quickly and professionally organized the examination of the doctor, the operation and other consultations. Thank you all very much! Due to the fact that the rehabilitation period has not yet ended regarding the operation and its results, I will write an additional review.

Hello friends . I visited Istanbul in December 2018. I visited several clinics in the Asian part of the city, but I did not like them, did not like the proposed treatment plan. Then, with the help of Bookimed, I chose the Estetik International clinic, thanks to Alina for her assistance. The clinic is wonderful, they were very well received, I would like to say about Tahir Hanifayev, he understands everything perfectly, is very responsive. Also, I especially want to thank Dr. Bora Murat for a brilliant job. The implants were installed brilliantly. I have never seen such a virtuoso mastery of instruments. He literally juggled them. And of course, I want to say thank you to Doctor Sinem Karakas, she was responsible for the aesthetics of the teeth, the work is very professional. The only disadvantage of the clinic is the prices, but if you want a professional job, then you will have to pay the corresponding money. I recommend this clinic to everyone. My stay in the clinic was as comfortable as possible. There was constant support: from office to office, to the room, to the hotel, from the hotel, from the airport and back ... The only thing that bothered was that the translator was from Turkish into English and not into Russian)) But it seems that everything is fine )) Excellent service at the clinic, sympathetic and caring. Everything: from and to. The doctor from the first minute of meeting arranged and reassured. No embarrassment, not a single unanswered question. The room (and you won’t call it a ward) is comfortable. It is possible to stay overnight, for example, to a relative (there is a small couch). I also want to note that payment was made once upon arrival at the clinic, it was the amount specified in the contract and that I didn’t have to pay a dime anymore. Overall, highly recommend!

Overall, a good experience that needs some adjustments. Will revisit feedback based on final results (around December 2020). What went well: - The booking team was highly professional and willing to answer all questions. - The medical aesthetics team and physician were courteous and professional. I cannot comment on the results until December 2020. - The concierge team was very polite and eager to respond to any inquiries. - The planning team was truly top-notch. Keep up the good work! Areas for improvement: - Follow-up care instructions (currently word-of-mouth, which is not up to today's standards) - More detailed descriptions of the physicians' and teams' success stories - A checklist system for the concierge team to ensure nothing is missed - Improved hotel package selection (the hotel had a 4-star lobby and 2-star room): i.e., 3, 5, 7, 10-day options

Appart from being an excellent plastic surgeon he is most of all a sensetive considerate human being. As always, the spirit of the comander prevails: The staff is fantastic, full of empathy and enthusiasm day or night. Last but not least, the facilities are on the highest level designed to put the patient fully at ease. Awesome clinic, awesome service, high-tech equipment. I have never seen such a number of personnel and the number of services involved in relation to me !!! And appreciated. A detailed assessment of the state of health before surgery. Transfers from the airport and the hotel were never late, very polite. When at the end, before leaving for the airport, they told me that for another 10 days I was in touch with the doctor and the curator - honestly, it struck me)))). Thanks a lot . The feeling that I definitely did not pay extra for the services)))))) !!!!!!! Special thanks to bookimed !!!! I would definitely have had surgery for a year, if not for your Reminders, which were so unobtrusive, but regular))) !!! I'm happy now! I don’t see the result so far, it’s swelling, but there is a state of happiness!

At the expense of the clinic, there were some organizational inconsistencies. Nevertheless, the level of the clinic is high, the staff is polite, the doctor knows his business. Blepharoplasty was performed, the result of the work of Dr. Jenk is satisfied.

Everything is fine, starting with the selection of the clinic Alexander is the curator of “bookimed”, then Anna is the curator of the clinic itself .... “tortured” her absolutely about everything (dumped all the documents, the photo everything that interested me was always in touch). Next, help with paying the deposit, selecting the day of the operation and my arrival. Then I was met by a transfer at the airport, brought to the clinic, Elena met ..... I filled out all the documents, passed the tests, talked with the surgeon and staff. Then rest in a beautiful hotel, a good area. The next day, a hair transplant. Everything went well! Many thanks to all, all the professionals in their field, kind, friendly and with a great sense of humor !!! One more night .... in the morning an appointment and examination with a doctor and back home to Tyumen! Everything is alright
