Operation DBS. Ali Zirch is the best and he has a good team . Because setting up the equipment is as important process for patients as the operation to install it. Honestly, I can't imagine that such an operation can be done in Ukraine.... Of course, there are young and promising doctors. But there is no equipment.

Hi, I'm Cella, and I’m living in Bali, Indonesia. I’d like to share an honest review based on my experience of finding a medical coordinator, a doctor, and a hospital for my case. I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and stage 4 endometriosis, which required surgery as soon as possible. I was initially hospitalized in Bali, but the doctor there suggested I look for a better-equipped hospital as they didn’t have the necessary facilities to perform my surgery.
It wasn’t easy to find the right care on a small island like Bali. Thankfully, my best friend helped me connect with a medical manager from Bookimed. That’s how we found Alisher, the medical manager and Prof. Dr. A Cem Iyibozkurt from Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul.
We arranged an online consultation with the doctor, which was free of charge, I already have all my medical records and MRI results before an online consultation, I’ve prepared everything to speed up the process. and within a week, they scheduled my laparoscopic robotic surgery. Alisher did an excellent job coordinating everything, and I couldn’t be happier with him. Prof. Dr. Cem Iyibozkurt is an amazing doctor, highly experienced, and well-known for his expertise in the field.
The hospital itself was fantastic—the nurses and staff took great care of me. I’m really grateful for the smooth process, and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be in a similar situation and looking for this kind of care and has similar situation as mine.

Professor Elmaci performed the surgery to remove a medulloblastoma with extraordinary precision and care, and we felt fully confident knowing we were in the hands of one of the best in his field. Her level of empathy was touching
My request was for a specific treatment for my condition, which I believe was triggered by COVID or vaccine-related complications. The treatment itself is relatively new and not widely available; however, the doctor Faturanız Hazırdır was open to considering my request, which was a decisive factor in choosing this hospital. Her level of empathy was touching.
When I arrived, I received outstanding support from Aliser Durdiyev, who coordinated the entire process — from reception and medication procurement to scheduling the treatment.
None of this would have been possible without Hanna Karvatska, who connected all of us who has deep personal and professional connection with people here, and I’m deeply grateful to her, Alisar, and the doctor for their support and professionalism. And special thanks for the empathy from all three people, the teamwork they created to get me what we all believe could be the best treatment.

I am satisfied with the final result
The treatment went well. Everything was as discussed in the preliminary correspondence. I am satisfied with the final result.
There is a list of recommended hotels near the clinic. You can choose based on your budget.
Transfer from/to the airport, from the hotel to the clinic and back.
Removed a mole with histology. Everything went quickly and painlessly. Histology took 8 days.

We were diagnosed with internal and external hydrocephalus in a newborn. While searching for clinics, I accidentally came across the Bookimed platform. They brought our boy back to life
From the bottom of our hearts we would like to express our gratitude to our doctor Ilhan Elmachi and his whole team. We are from Uzbekistan and when we were diagnosed with arteriovenous malformation we realised that this is the most complicated pathology of brain neurosurgery. Our boy is only 17 years old and therefore it is understandable what grief fell on us. But thanks to the clinic manager Florence Alisher, we came across our respected doctor. The operation lasted 17 hours. Two days later our boy was already in the ward. 15 days later we were home. Our boy is healthy Ilhan Elmachi is a high professional. THANK YOU for the sensitive and caring attitude to us doctor and his team and nurses They brought our boy back to life. Such people are like stars in the desert gave us hope. We would strongly recommend this team to any foreigner visiting Turkey for treatment
I landed on Bookimed while searching for further treatment.. One Dr.Hilal got in touch with me and guided me through the different options available to us. We eventually settled on Florence nightingale hospital and immediately got in touch with Alişer, who walked with us through our preparation and arrival in Turkey as well as the hospital visits. He was kind enough to guide us on what was expected and was always available even at odd hours . The doctors at the Hosp led by Prof Elle and Prof Yusef, treated us with utmost professionalism. They calmly guided us through the process and made us understand what we are dealing with. They were not quick to rush into any interventions.. we felt very safe in their hands. Thank Allah that we met him and he did a good surgery
Many thanks to Dr Bora Basharan and Alisher Durdiev! Diagnosis: carcinoma on the tongue.
Alisher was very helpful with the choice and full support during the treatment. He gave us confidence in choosing Dr Bora Basharan by telling us about his professionalism and humanity. The most important thing for Alisher was the patient's health and to organise the diagnosis/surgery so that the patient gets the best results. We are very happy about this. We could not decide on the treatment (we were waiting for answers from South Korea) and Alisher did not give up to provide us with doctor's answers, answer our many questions and help with organisation. His ability to speak excellent Russian helped a lot in communication.
The first meeting organised by Alisher went well. The doctor explained everything about the surgery and gave us peace of mind due to his experience as a highly specialised ENT surgeon in oncology. The operation went well and the follow up health checks. The recovery is good.
We read many positive reviews online about Dr Bor Basharan which gave us more confidence. The reviews are true. After the surgery we were given a room with excellent food and the recovery was good.
