In the first days of August 2021, I stayed at this clinic and received services for hair transplantation in the eyebrow area. Currently, while the healing process is underway and a crust has formed on the eyebrows, it is too early to talk about the results. But I would like to leave my feedback about the clinic in general. First of all, the clinic provided comfortable transport, from arrival in Istanbul to departure, the cost of which is included in the package for the period of treatment. On the very first day of arrival, a transplant operation was performed, before the operation there was a meal in a pleasant restaurant and in the late afternoon I was settled in the Lionel hotel. Separately, I would like to note the services of an interpreter by Olga, who has been living in Turkey for many years, a native of the former Soviet Union. These qualities of her only simplified my stay on the territory of a foreign country and my lack of knowledge of the Turkish language. During my entire stay, Olga accompanied me everywhere, showed me all the noisy shopping and tourist places, monitored my timely medication (antibiotics), called the hotel administration to make my stay more comfortable. Olya, Mammadali, thank you very much !!! The clinic staff is very friendly, good-natured and hospitable. The operation consists of several procedures, each procedure is performed by a strictly defined specialist. Basically, the clinic has a lot of male clients from Italy for head hair transplant. Overall, my stay at the clinic left a good impression. But the main thing is the result! Will wait!!!

Everything was fine. There were young doctors and nurses. We worked confidently and calmly. Created trust and liked the attitude towards the patient. Bookimed's work is amazing. Olya and Mehmet were constantly in touch from the very beginning of the meeting until the end. We literally took care of everything. Despite the fact that the transfer ended very late, as I decided to do on the first day, the guys were there until the end, until 23.00, and brought to the hotel. Every day they called several times and found out literally everything about the condition. In general, they were surrounded by care as at a resort. Nor was there anything fake or annoying. Precisely professionally, so that the patient just did the treatment, and they took over the rest. Above praise.

I am writing a year after the procedure, because... I think that the main thing in a review is the result, and the issues of meeting, settlement, etc. are secondary, and the result can only be assessed after the stated period. The good: a good hotel, the translation is clear, the location of the procedure is decent, the care products received are of high quality. The bad thing: the doctor is not at all the one who was originally announced. A large team worked in turns (4 people), everyone seemed to be normal guys, but communication in advance must correspond to the fact. The procedure was performed after the fact in another clinic, they said that repairs were underway at the address originally stated, again, since I communicated not a year in advance, but literally a few weeks in advance, they probably knew about the repairs. And most importantly, the result: in the parietal part (the main priority) it became a little better, but not enough. In the frontal part (there was no particular problem initially, they suggested improving it and I agreed) it really got better. If a repeat procedure is necessary, I will choose another clinic.

I liked the organisation of the process (transfer, hotel, clinic), availability of an interpreter, friendliness of the medical staff.
For me the main thing is the result, which is too early to judge ... I liked the attentiveness and friendliness of the coordinator Olga (she answered questions as quickly as possible, fully accompanied the whole process of treatment starting from transfer, check-in to the hotel and ending with the operation itself) and the entire medical staff. Availability of medication and follow-up scalp care products.
Painful operation (there were moments when anaesthesia was not used at all) and the subsequent recovery period in the first 5 days (lack of normal sleep, but this is not the clinic's fault, but a standard situation after surgery). It was not possible to fully communicate with the doctor and learn many nuances regarding the subsequent recovery period

Everything went well, the doctors are doing their best. The attitude towards the client is good, everyone will prompt and show that the hospitality is good.
