The doctor was evidently experienced and practiced
I was dissatisfied that we had agreed on a payment amount of "x," but during the conversation with the translator, I was later made to pay considerably more than the agreed amount. This, of course, left an unpleasant impression. I also did not like that on the day of the surgery, I was supposed to be admitted in the morning for tests and a consultation with the doctor, but I was only seen around 2 p.m., and it was uncomfortable to wait so long on an empty stomach...

Despite informing them that it was a secondary surgery, the staff acted as if I hadn't mentioned it, and as a result, I had to pay more for the surgery on the spot. The fact that our correspondence clearly indicated that I mentioned having previous surgeries was ignored, apparently to charge more for what was supposedly a revision surgery, even though it wasn't! This was a negative experience that I unfortunately had to face.

The staff was good, especially the clinic coordinator, Abdul, with whom I corresponded. He was very nice. The surgery was very nice, the surgeon was Selma, very professional. Everything was ok.

Everyone in the hospital was very friendly and welcoming and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process! They answered every question I had and the whole procedure was very quick.
