The procedure went smoothly. However, the representatives initially quoted a price, and upon my arrival, I had to pay a different amount than what had been communicated to me. Aside from this, everything went well: the staff, the surgeon, and the clinic were exemplary.

The support system was flawless; the coordinator, translator, and clinic staff were excellent, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I was also impressed that the clinic's equipment was very modern.
I liked the transport to hospital and the ability to be driven to fabric store after the procedure.
We did not come directly from the airport. So, we should have been told to bring our passports with us.

I went alone and the experience was amazing, not once did I feel nervous or alone because staff would consistently check on me and some spoke English, the language barrier was not an issue. I would 100% recommend this package to people as the hotel was really nice and convenient as it was very close to food areas ect. And i am only 2 weeks post op but still happy with my outcome
Constantly being checked up on , if I had a problem someone would come in almost immediately.

Retinas at bookimed was amazing she made the whole process so easy and accessible. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to find reputable location or get set up transport pick up from hotel to location. Doctors from Lokman Hekim included Burcu Akturk and Yesim Moin were very attentive. Translator Sena was also. Way amazing during whole day and arranging everything.
How communication and everything was made very easy and accessible to me. All questions answered and made me not have to think.
Maybe a bit more English but didn’t take away from the results or the experience.
