Excellent hospital and amenities. Modern room with attentive staff. Efficient care. Translators had excellent english and were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Food was ok! Dr was lovely and always on time.
Level of care I received. Everyone made an effort to communicate.
Please give a napkin with the food tray and more water.

The doctor and the video consultations’ moderator (who also is my coordinator) are so patient, helpful, understanding, accommodating, and trustworthy. For the first time in a really long time, I feel cared for by a doctor and their staff! I would recommend this platform and this hospital to anyone who needed treatment!
I really did appreciate that. My doctor allowed me to speak uninterrupted and listened attentively.
The connection quality of the video consultation was a little bit choppy, but that could very well have been from my own Internet. I would not be quick to assign blame to the hospital and their computer or Wi-Fi.

The clinic is modern, the surgeon is a top-notch professional, the nurses are the best, the interpreter is a companion and helper, the atmosphere is kind and empathic. Definitely recommended.
No worries. Everything was taken care of for me.
I ate in the cafeteria on the ground floor. Hospital food is not good

Beautiful girl Alina. We became friends from the first text message. Always on the phone, answers to all questions, support, easy to communicate. She kept in touch while travelling, in the clinic and the subsequent period of rehabilitation. There were no problems with the transfer, the hotel corresponds to the stated 4, all the nuances of preparation, surgery and rehabilitation are thought out to the smallest detail.

The professionalism of the team, the way Bookimed organized everything smoothly, and how the hospital staff made me feel calm and supported from the first moment. I also liked the cleanliness of the hospital and how comfortable the rooms were.
Honestly, nothing major. I’m not someone who enjoys hospitals, but this time I actually felt relaxed and well taken care of. The only difficult part was the stress before surgery, but the team helped reduce it.

Bookimed was always available, fast, and clear with all information. Maksym, my coordinator, supported me the whole way, even when I had to change my travel plans and come earlier. He reorganized everything without any problem and always checked on me to make sure I was okay. Their recommendation for the hospital was perfect, and the whole experience was better than I expected.

My treatment requirements were incorrectly assessed in advance, which is why I had to pay an extra 500 euros on site. I had a rhinoplasty for a very asymmetrical nasal tip and nasal bone. Even though it is much better now, the tip of my nose is unfortunately not straight.

The whole hospital experience was very pleasant. My doctor was very competent and clearly an expert in his field. Everything was understood and clearly explained to us. Our interpreter really guided us through the whole experience from the first day until the last.
The level of comfort, the competence of the medical staff, the hospital room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed.
