Location was very clean. The staff was pleasant. The doctor was confident in his approach. It’s been a few weeks and results look good. It takes time I understand so I’m waiting to see the final results. But so far so good.

Overall, we experienced great doctor and nurse care wiith an unfortumate and expensive screwup in the MRI order.
I would cone back if neceasary, but be more firm with what I was ordering and paying for and what I recelved.
The eyelid surgery consult, operation and after was excellent
The MRI with contrast we ordered and paid for did not happen and my wife had to order andbpay for an extra MRI with contrast- something that should've been done at the beginning

Horrible English speaking skills. Lack of motivation to servige patient if beeded. Overall information sharing to patient is very poor. Also i got complication after surgery. I needed another surgery in Finland.

The doctor explained my situation in detail, the expectations from the surgery, and the possible side effects in case of improper care, which I fully agreed with. The translator was always available, provided support, and visited me after the surgery. I am very satisfied with Olga and grateful to her for her support in the clinic and during the subsequent recovery after the surgery. She explained all the doctor's instructions well and frequently inquired about my well-being, which inspires trust.
During my time in the clinic after the surgery, it seemed to me that the nurses sometimes forgot about me. This concerns the cold compresses, which, according to the doctor's instructions, should have been applied every hour or at least every two hours, but throughout the day I only received three, even though I had significant swelling.
