My main concern was the possibility of hidden costs, but I can confirm there were no additional expenses on top of the quoted price. My procedure was for the labia minora only. I found the clinic to be "nice and clean, great service," with "excellent doctors." They provided a clear aftercare guide and have been easy to reach, staying in touch throughout my early recovery. It is going well. In fact, I'm feeling better than expected. My main advice is to make sure you schedule the right procedures and contact the clinic to confirm all details before you arrive.

What stood out most in this experience was the constant and very attentive support every step of the way. I underwent liposuction on my shoulders and the back of my arms and felt calm and confident from the start thanks to the team's coordinated efforts. I especially appreciated the work of the coordinators — Olga, who translated and was with me in the hospital, and Tatyana Ponomarenko, with whom I was in contact before the hospital. They are brilliant. Thank you so much! The surgeon also made a very good impression, meticulously marking all areas before the surgery, paying great attention to detail. I am currently in the early stages of recovery and feel about as I expected. I have nothing to add to the "what can be improved" section. For future patients, I can say that everything was clear, and the hospital has everything you need.
I appreciated the work of the coordinators - Olga, who translated and was with me in the hospital, and Tatyana Ponomarenko, with whom I was in contact before the hospital. They are very smart. Thank you very much!

The doctor is an amazingly warm, kind, and attentive person. He listened to my wishes and made adjustments with which I was 100% in agreement. The doctor is a professional, a master, a Creator! The team is excellently selected, and the staff is attentive and polite. The coordinator was always in touch, and I felt supported at every stage. The surgery was under general anesthesia, and now I feel better than I expected. Care in the clinic was round-the-clock, the staff was always nearby, and later remained in contact. No additional expenses were incurred. Future patients are advised to bring button-up pajamas and fully prepare for the surgery as instructed by your coordinator. This is important.

I was impressed by the consultation with Dr. Murat Yaman: he honestly advised what would suit my body and showed photos of previous work, helping to decide on a volume of 250-300 cc. Overall, I was most impressed by the attitude of the entire team. The Bookimed coordinator was always in touch, the staff at the clinic was caring, and they constantly contacted me after the procedure. I feel better than I expected. Don't be afraid to ask questions, the clinic truly works for the patients and treats them very carefully. I highly recommend the clinic: LOK MAN HEKİM🫶

What stood out was the surgeon's personal attention. He personally checked on me after surgery. Beforehand, Dr. Yaman explained his deep plane technique very clearly for my facelift, which also included my upper and lower eyes, brows, and a lip lift. This personal touch was part of the overall atmosphere. Every thing had a positive vibe; everyone was professional and warm, and the facilities and transportation were exceptional. It felt like Dr. Yaman really cared for you as a person. My recovery is progressing about as expected. I received a clear aftercare guide and had no additional expenses. For me, a little more language support could be useful, but it didn't hinder the process.

I want to share my experience with revision mammoplasty. My main reason was to replace old implants. The doctor discussed all the options with me, and we chose Motiva implants. I was very pleased with the clinic, the staff, and the organization. Everything was precise and coordinated, no delays, and everyone was a great professional in their role! The surgery was as comfortable as possible, and I recovered from the anesthesia quickly and easily. The room was equipped with everything necessary, and care was provided around the clock. The very next day, I was transferred to a comfortable hotel, from where transportation was provided for check-ups. The clinic supplied absolutely everything, including compression garments and medications, so there was no need to bring anything with me. There were no additional expenses. I am still recovering but feel better than I expected.
I was very pleased with the clinic, the staff, the coordinators, the organization of transfer and accommodation. Everything was precise and well-coordinated, with no delays. Everyone is a true professional in their place! All questions were addressed immediately. The surgery was as comfortable as possible, with excellent anesthesia from which you recover quickly and easily. The room is equipped with everything necessary, with round-the-clock care. The day after the surgery, I had the opportunity to move from the clinic to the hotel. The hotel is also comfortable, with everything you need, and transportation to the doctor for check-ups is provided by car. The results of the surgery will be visible later. I will recommend the clinic to all my acquaintances who plan to undergo examination, treatment, or surgery. Many thanks to everyone!

From start to finish, the whole experience went smoothly. Communication was exceptional, and having a translator helped greatly—I understood what was happening more than I would have in my local hospital. The doctor was open and honest, explaining exactly where the scars on both my arms would be, their visibility, and how to position my arms for recovery. I would have liked an itinerary with timings and some aftercare instructions in paper format. That said, the clinic is easy to reach and stays in touch with clear guidance. I am feeling better than expected. My only extra cost was the flight. Definitely bring lots of baggy clothes and some snacks. I can honestly give 5 *

Clean, Caring, Smooth transitions, patient led and patient at the front of every decision, even being home I can contact the clinic and get a timely response. The Dr was open and honest, had a great sense of humor and has given me some neat scars. The staff were fabulous , they listened and talked you through as much or as little as you wanted
I would have liked an itinerary, some more information of where to be at what time and how I was getting there. Some aftercare in paper format so that I could go back and read that rather than contacting the clinic would be great.

The choice of doctor played a significant role. Dr. Saynur Yilmaz, an obstetrician-gynecologist, is an excellent specialist and a person of incredible warmth. You can confidently entrust her with both your health and your mood. I really dislike gynecology and everything related to it, but with this woman, any issues become simpler. And of course, the overall work of the entire clinic is excellent: the staff is very responsive and qualified, the medical equipment is modern, and interpreter services are always available. I did not find any areas that needed improvement.
Dr. Saynur Yilmaz, obstetrician-gynecologist, is a wonderful specialist and an incredibly warm person. You can confidently entrust her with your health, your life, and your mood. What worried me the most before the surgery were the organizational aspects in a foreign country, and unfortunately, my concerns were justified. Be very careful in pharmacies: I was severely misled during currency conversion. Make sure to exchange money in advance and always request a receipt at the pharmacy. I only received the difference back after my coordinator called the pharmacy. As for the medical care itself, everything was excellent. My surgeon personally conducted both the consultation and the complete rhinoplasty. He clearly explained the objectives regarding both breathing and aesthetics. The staff remained in contact after the surgery and proactively inquired about my well-being. I now feel approximately as expected.
Liked the clinic, the staff, the doctor was attentive, the surgeon's professionalism, the coordinator's work.
Did not like the first day of arrival at the hospital, there was no translator, they did not explain the specific reason, started processing the documents, said I had to pay immediately upon arrival, without providing me with a translation, took me to the room and left me there for 2 hours alone, without water, felt like an abandoned blind kitten in a foreign country, I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown, the service did not match what was promised.

I was most concerned about the recovery, but it turned out to be not scary at all. I feel much better than I expected. My doctor clearly explained the goals we are pursuing: both for breathing and aesthetics. We performed an open rhinoplasty, correcting the bridge and tip of the nose. After the procedure, the clinic team was always in touch, which was very reassuring. An important practical point: besides the cost at the clinic, I had additional expenses for medication and food, as the hotel only included breakfasts. Therefore, my main advice is to trust the team and don't be afraid of anything. Just make sure to bring extra money for medication and food.
I would like to express my immense gratitude to Bookimed for organizing the trip! Traveling for surgery without knowing the language was incredibly frightening. But the support was amazing: the whole team was constantly in touch both before and after the trip. A special thanks to the translator Olga — she was simply superb, practically guiding me through every step. I was very impressed with the doctor, and everything was convenient and comfortable. I am extremely satisfied!
