First, a small lyrical digression. The trip was excellent - I was pleased with the convenient and punctual minivan transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic (about 10 minutes). The Green Park Bostanci made a good impression: everything is clean and tidy, courteous staff, all the necessary amenities, a decent breakfast. The clinic visually, even by Moscow standards, looks very, very decent. Managers and doctors, in my opinion, worked professionally, delved into every little detail in my situation. Support and communication with them was 24 hours. There was no previous experience with hair transplantation, but the sensations remained extremely positive. I would like to note that the instruments are new and sterile, and the operating chair is comfortable.

I liked the clinic, everything would have gone harmlessly. The staff is friendly. Reacted kindly. But there were also disadvantages. Upon arrival at the airport, the transfer was without an interpreter. The hotel in which I was, there were also nuances with the number., Then the door was blocked, then there was no interpreter on shift ... As for the doctors, I am happy with everything, I hope that everything will be fine.

My stay in the clinic lasted all day on 16.02.2021 + - from 10:00 to 18:00. For almost all this time, I was accompanied by one doctor (man) and a doctor (as I understand an assistant), a girl. Their patience is my Respect. Almost 8 hours of continuous work! The translator girl was always "at hand", as they say. There was no language discomfort. Special thanks for the lunch provided. Everything went fine. The only thing was that I had to endure anesthesia, of course, courageously :-) Well, and we will see the result in a year and a half, when, according to the doctors' promises, the whole head will be closed completely. Hopefully this will happen!

Hello Everyone. I found Madame Sophiya Clinic more than what I expected. The clinic is very clean from inside out. The whole staff is very very professional and very helpful. They provide organized transportation from Airport to hotel , from hotel to airport, from hotel to clinic and from clinic to hotel. Especially Dilara has been helping me from the beginning to the end by providing informations what I need before I start my trip, answering my questions tirelessly, helping in organizing the things what I need to my treatment, providing support . I can say she made my trip very very easier and time and cost effective. Mr Hakan has been helping me starting I arrived in the hotel to the end. He is very helpful and caring. He has been helping me a lot in my treatment. So wonderful help. The surgeon is excellent. He is very patient very dedicated and excellent. The surgeon i can say very trustworthy. I would like to see him in the future again. The surgeon assistant/nurse very helpful. Fulya also has been very very helpful and very kind. She has been assisting in my follow up cares highly. The remaining all staffs and drivers have been very professional and they love to help with love and passion. I really recommend this clinic to anyone with confidence. Thankyou Very Much. Nejib.

I arranged for December 21-24 and flew home just yesterday. I am still impressed. I have not experienced such peace of mind for the last 10 years. Everything was organized at the highest level. On Monday night, I flew from Brussels to Istanbul, where I was met and taken to a five-star hotel. We settled in a beautiful room on the 8th floor. On the second day, Hakan (coordinator) came for me and took me to the clinic. The staff of the clinic, headed by Madame Safia, greeted me very warmly. Translated by a Russian woman Katya, who actually works there in the field of finance, is very beautiful and friendly. Mostly assistants worked, under the supervision of Safia. The operation lasted 8-9 hours with a lunch break. All this time, Katya came up, encouraged and, if necessary, translated my many thanks to her. I will not go on to describe all the details, everything went well. On the second day, I asked Dilara to show me the old city and the chauffeur, for a small fee, took me to the historical center of Istanbul, where I had time to walk and take pictures. The result on the fourth day of the operation is good, as they predicted for me. I would like to express my gratitude to Madame Safiye, the assistants who worked directly and the entire staff of the clinic. I want to mention Katya (translated), thank you very much.
