Staff members were very friendly, the level of language barrier was extremely low, so low that I felt at ease with all the staff members. I was seen to as soon as I arrived and that was very excellent. Everything was explained to me very clearly and I was given the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted.
The clinic is spotless, tea and coffee provided for free, wifi is also available is required. Staff are very friendly, the treatment is very fast and convenient
I didn't like the Panorama hotel where I was placed. It was very close to the clinic but not the best of places.

The booking was done via Telegram, but on the day, it felt disorganised, front line staff seemed overwhelmed and uncaring. The surgery staff were nice, caring and seemed professional.
I was seen on the same day, it was well done. The ladies that carried out the treatment were very nice and explained thoroughly the whole process.
Very chaotic. Nobody knew I was there, even though I booked normally. It felt like we were on a conveyor belt, very poor customer service. It felt like, once the money was paid, nobody cared about the level of the service afterwards.

The procedure was very painful, and I am still unable to wear the temporary dentures. Hence I have been reluctant to socialize, and eating is difficult.

The hotel selected was awful, more like a 2* Hostel than a 3* Hotel. Absolutely no facilities whatsoever, and considering the amount of time you spend at the hotel whilst waiting for appointments it was very disappointing.

The truth is that except for a small unforeseen event (which has been solved quickly and professionally), everything has gone according to expectations, quick and painless intervention, impatient for the time to pass to be able to replace the crowns and finish the treatment.
The management of the medical coordinator Marsela, incredible, super professional and with a brutal level of empathy with the patient.
In my case, I missed the work of a translator. But thanks to the applications that exist today, we have been able to understand each other and reach the necessary agreements to be able to carry out everything according to the client's needs.

Not sure what it's about. In the clinic I was accompanied by the girl Noura, a very pleasant and attentive employee. As for the other members of the escort team, I find it difficult to say. Had a serious incident with the hotel, the damage was not reimbursed, at least they could return the money for the paid but not used nights. Not to mention other related expenses due to bed bugs in the room.
