The coordinator from Bookimed and the hospital staff undoubtedly endeavored to provide their best care and expertise from start to finish, ensuring a successful outcome throughout my stay, not just during the operation. I am very pleased that I chose Bookimed and this clinic for my surgery to correct a deviated nasal septum, which concluded with an additional procedure after Dr. Fehmi, an excellent doctor, informed me that I also needed a turbinate reduction due to rhinitis allergies, of which I was unaware, as it was not mentioned in the UK. I am very glad I decided to have the surgery in Turkey instead of the UK. There is some remarkable quality care and value in Turkey, unlike the "Great" Britain, which seems to only prioritize high taxes and delay proper medical services to its taxpayers. After all, it's my health! Thank you, Bookimed! Thank you, Dr. Fehmi!

First of all, I would just like to say that Dr Fehmi Doner is the best surgeon in the world! I had a rhinoplasty at Medical Promise Hospital almost 10 months ago and I must say that it was really the best decision I’ve ever made. I had my fears and doubts but as soon as sat down with Dr Fehmi Doner I was positive I’ve made the right decision. The procedure was basically painless and within the first ten days, I was already back to my regular everyday activities. Now, after almost a year, I can really see how my nose changed even more and it looks amazing. It’s absolutely fabulous! The clinic is fabulously equipped, modern, clean and at a really lovely location! It’s an extremely lovely and relaxing surrounding. Would really recommend to everybody who wants to get some work done! Special thanks to medical coordinator Dr. Bakr Abdulhadi, Abdallah and Ubeyd.

I got my plastic surgery done at this hospital. The nurses and staff at Medical Promise hospital were incredibly attentive and caring. We communicated via Google translate very easily. I chose Bookimed and this facility because of the excellent plastic surgeon , Op. Dr. Hakan Teymur. His specialty is above a normal plastic surgeon as his specialty is both reconstructive and plastic surgeries. He listens to you attentively and has superb bedside manners. I did upper eyelid, canthoplasty or almond eye surgery, forehead lift, and fat transfer procedures. He did all of this with superb skill. He found a cyst under my eye that he took care of pro bono during surgery. I had no complication from any of the procedures. His skills are excellent and he is the only doctor that I will trust my body with. I should mention that he speaks multiple languages flawlessly-English being one of them. My medical coordinator Bakr, Suheib, manager Tariq, Urfa, Ahmet, and countless drivers who took me back and forth were excellent. Bakr, Urfa and Ahmet really went of their way to make me comfortable and happy. Choose Bookimed with this team and Dr. Teymur and you will be very satisfied. Trust this honest review as I am very picky when it comes to my body and health. Choose this team with confidence.

I got a DHI hair transplant from Medical Promise. The medical team was great from the beginning until the end. Dr. Hassan performed my operation and he has 7 years of experience. The transplant took about 6-8 hours and although it was a bit uncomfortable, it was not too bad. It has only been a few days but the hair transplant looks great so far and the scabs/redness are healing quick. There was mild pain for the first couple days, but it went away rather quick with the medication procided. The other medical staff were very kind and helpful from the beginning too. The translator was very nice too. Dr. Shoaib, who is the clinic manager was also very accomodating throughout the process. Abdullah was the the person who I have to thank the most as he was assisting me with everything I needed during my stay in Turkey. He answered any questions I had about pre and post operation and really took care of me. He also went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable at all times. He arranged transfers for anywhere I needed to go and he took us on a personal tour of Istanbul himself. Overall, definitely a full 5 star rating and I would recommend Medical Promise for anyone who wants a hair transplant done from a trustworthy clinic with highly experienced medical staff who will assist you with anything you need.

I could not be happier with Dr Nermin and all the nurses and staff. From the initial consultation to the actual surgery and follow ups this has been a positive experience. Dr Nermin showed me her previous work at the consultation.Once I saw the results I knew that I wanted her to do my surgery. The results are amazing and I’m so pleased with everything. I would recommend her to everyone and I am very thankful to her.
