It was pathetic. The doctor (Dr. Hakan Teymur) was so rude and mean. He did a horrible job. Really unhappy and disappointed with the results. He didn't manage to fix the problem. It was a painful and worst experience.

Improvement would be more proffesionl treatment during the surgery and consentration on the procedure and less laughing and joking like school children while this is happening

No ..sorry but not satified with the people doing the transplant..i thought i would have a doctor doing the transplant..even so i would be ok with technician if they acted in a proffesional manner..out of control laughing why doing the procedure??just didnt put me at ease at all..still wondering how the hair growth will be as there seemed to be no care taken in the angle of grafts placed and was never told how many grafts were done even after asking many times ..soory not good enough

I have been treat with respect and kindness, although there is a lot of problems with communication in all departments. Doctors team were very skilled and professional. But I'm not fully recovered, soo I will come back after recovery with another review.

Medical Promise team were great very helpful, Dr Adelia was good, made sure treatment went well, after she kept in touch, if we had any questions she will respond with answers. Would recommend them anytime.
