The staff is attentive, friendly and very cheerful! It is clear that they know their business, everything was clear and everyone knew their role. Translator Svetlana is a very nice girl, often joked and strongly supported. Also thank you very much for the attention and support of the bookimed organizers. In general, nothing to complain about. I look forward to the result of the operation. There were no complications.

Everything went great, there was a Russian-speaking doctor. As a result, even more grafts were transplanted than they should have been. I really liked the new hairline. The operation was in October, new hair is already growing well, I hope the final result will be good :)

Went from america to have hair transplant and i was nervous because it was my first time over seas. everything went very well, Smile Clinic has friendly and professional staff. I am one week post surgery and the transplant looks promising. It's almost unbelievable that I was able to get such high quality work for a very low cost

The doctors of the clinic are very friendly and leave only positive emotions. Many thanks to Dr. Akhmedov, who explained everything in detail, showed and supported. But the organizational aspects of the clinic need to tighten up a little.
About Bookimed service
The clinic coordinator, who was supposed to explain everything and organize everything in the clinic, could disappear for several days and not respond to messages. I would like a more nimble and responsible coordinator.

The medical team was good although they did not do my hairline exactly as I requested. I would however recommend them just double verify . Do not buy the special shampoos for 300 euros. They are not required. The attention to the client and the pickup and drop off at the hotel and to the airport was on time. All the arrangements were made so it was really a worry free experience without any surprises.
