About Bookimed service
First visit was great, second was terrible. In terms of medicine, I have no complaints; everything was fine. But when they found out I was visiting for three weeks, things got complicated. For example, can you come tomorrow at 10? I said yes, and ended up in the clinic at 10, where they performed a 10-minute procedure and then told me I'd need to wait 1.5 or 2 hours so they could immediately take an impression and I wouldn't have to come back tomorrow. I agreed, but then messages began arriving that the lab was just a bit behind and to wait a little longer. This "little longer" turned into 6 hours twice in a row.
