My rather unexpected decision to have two implants fitted at the age of 76 was immediately put into action by Dentist Gürkan! He gave me excellent advice, then examined my jawbone using an X-ray, and after a further 45 minutes, the two implants were professionally and perfectly in place! His very, very friendly manner and steady hand made this procedure a truly memorable experience! My thanks also go to the entire team: the surgical assistant, the reception staff, as well as the German interpreter and the member of staff who drove me from the office to the Dent-Helen-Clinic and, after the treatment, to the nearest cash machine, and looked after me. Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany! Thank you very much for this positive experience and for continuing to keep your patients happy! Sitting in the clinic in Antalya, the surgeon explained how the laser-assisted technique for my upper eyelids would function during the procedure. The whole service was smooth and we had a fantastic time throughout our stay. The aftercare was good. I was thrilled with how my eyes looked at 12 days, although at day 15 my biggest challenge is that they are still puffy. My eyes look natural and smooth when I smile. It is a process. We will be going back for other treatment and truly can’t recommend them enough. If you are considering eyelid surgery, ensure you have a few weeks to let the initial swelling settle.

What really stood out was sitting with my doctor before the procedure. He personally performed the treatment, but first, he showed me before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine and clearly explained the specific depth and settings he would use for my skin. This gave me confidence. I had one Morpheus8 session for my neck and décolletage, and I'm feeling better than expected so far. The clinic staff have also stayed in touch, which is reassuring. Just be aware that I did have some additional expenses for injections that weren't in the initial price.

I would like to tell you about my case from the very beginning. A few years ago I approached the coordinator Stanislav about a hair transplant. He told me everything in general terms, what I was interested in, and made me interested in the proposal. I also explained that my work directly depends on my physical condition and I do not have a long break between contracts (my position is an aerial gymnast) and somehow this idea was put aside for 2 years and quite by chance we once again broached the subject of hair and literally in 3 days Stanislav was able to organise a clinic, a doctor, an interpreter, a hotel, and I was required to get tickets. Everything was organised as I said earlier in 3 days and that was it I am already in the hotel with transplanted hair and waiting for the result) if I evaluate all aspects of the service, clinic, doctors and hotel, I give the highest mark to all these people and services. Huge thanks to Stanislav, who helped me to agree even on the financial side, making it more favourable.

I loved the coordinator / interpreter. Totally made me feel at ease and comfortable in what I would only describe as an anxious situation especially with the language barrier and the unknown of where you are going. The surgeon himself was wonderful and even had a coffee with me before hand which made me feel completely at ease. I felt in such safe hands throughout and would recommend my surgeon Dr Yunus Emre Seker and his team to anyone. Thank-you so much :)

If you’re thinking about arm liposuction, I’d advise you to prepare for the recovery. My surgeon used the VASER ultrasound technique and, although it’s still early days, my compression sleeves are already too loose. My mobility is limited; my biggest difficulty right now is reaching for things above my head. It’s also important to be patient with the results, because when I look in the mirror today, I can see that one arm looks different from the other, and I’m confident that will even out over time. Despite these minor aspects of the process, the care provided by the surgeon and all the staff was impeccable. I would recommend the clinic.

My biggest worry was ending up with an unnatural shape, but the surgeon’s approach and clear communication completely put me at ease. Right now, things still look a little patchy as about half the transplanted hairs have fallen out, which I was told to expect during this early stage of healing. It’s a process. The biggest challenge has honestly been a personal one: just remembering to avoid touching them! The surgeon and staff were brilliant and supportive throughout. While the clinic facilities were fine, the personal care from the team made all the difference. I'm very satisfied with my choice.

We had a crown and a filling done promptly at the clinic. The coordinator Valeria was very helpful and advised with everything I asked her about and translated everything to the doctor promptly. The cost was the same as agreed. I have already contacted Bookimed many times and they always help me with appointments and treatments
