They were constantly in contact, assisted with directions and when I attended the clinic, they were genuinely pleasant. I got a much better job done on my tooth than I did previously in my home country for less. In much appreciation.
I felt that they were very professional in their approach and very skilled at what they do.
I didn't actually have any problems with them.

Everything was just great, I'm always a bit uncomfortable at the dentist, but here and 4 hours in one day went very smoothly, I recommend:).

Was overall very pleased with the service. The interaction before and during the visit via whatsapp was very welcome.
Interaction with the dentist over WhatsApp before the visit was good, especially considering the travel required
Had to pay for more implants that would have been helpful knowing in advance, ie a slightly more in depth assessment of the photo, although I know that is hard

Dr.Emad knew what he was doing the whole time, he delivered natural smile as promised that suits my face and the rest of my teeth. Everyone in the clinic was very helpful.
