I specifically requested a comprehensive heart examination, as I had surgery planned for the future. I'm not sure whose fault it was, but instead of a cardiologist, we were booked with a general practitioner and received a general exam rather than a detailed heart assessment. Later, we had to pay extra to have a heart ultrasound there and schedule an appointment with a cardiologist! We were very upset about this!
