They were with my daughter for a consultation in Kiev with a doctor Rus. All questions and a detailed follow-up plan were answered. We were later sent the original and translated official conclusion. At the moment we are completely satisfied, we will continue to look at the results of treatment.

They waited a long time for the doctor’s appointment, but there were expectations. A new drug has been prescribed. I can’t say anything about the result so far since the device has not yet been taken. I really hope that they will help us. The doctor has at his disposal the attention and details to my questions. I trust the doctor therefore we will follow his recommendations. All health.

The reception at the clinic went well, I was happy with everything, I answered all the questions, I liked everything, but I still can’t say the final result of the consultation, since little time has passed it will be possible to pay after the fact, I think there will be more trust, since our people are still characterized by distrust, so the fact of paying on the spot certainly softens and reassures.

On September 11, we came to see Dr. Antonio Russi. The clinic staff were friendly and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The coordinators answered all the questions. We really liked the doctor, he is a professional, and besides this an attentive, friendly person, it’s easy and pleasant to communicate with him, the translator Olesya helped. She also thanks a lot! The meeting was very useful for us: a diagnosis was made, additional examinations and a treatment plan were prescribed. Now we are on the path and hope ... Irina

Before the online consultation, I consulted with several doctors in Ukraine and it was very important for me to get answers to many questions, including absolutely amateur ones. Dr. Bartolome Oliver, despite his worldwide popularity, very sincerely, accurately and correctly answered all my questions. Thank you very much Dr. Russi, what we expected from him we almost got it. We are still waiting for the final results, it's been a week since we left hospital! The arrival was not as good as we expected, we arrived late but no excuse! The stay was Ok, but not as some of the patients said is 5 star hotel, in fact was very clean, comfortable, the food so so, but the mainly we did not like it because it is International hospital but many of the personal were not speaking english. Anyway the most important thing is that we went there because of the experiance and unique approach of Dr. Russi. The rest of the staff should be more careful and professional, they should do a little bit better! Also I would like to thank to Dr. Russi's nurse Maria, she was trying a lot! Thank you!

The clinic is really good! Good Russian translators especially Olga and Lina !!! We passed all the tests here, now we are preparing for chemistry! Dr. Barnadas is leading us, this is one of the best oncologists in Spain, and this is true !!! Since we also have diabetes, the endocrinologist controls all the treatment, this is a big plus. It is very expensive, but in return you get highly qualified specialists, the best medical equipment, good service! We are all happy! Thanks Bookimed for quality service and help!

Very good. Met very well, the translator is very good. Everything was on time, without delay. Full-time, personal consultation was about an hour, quite carefully. The only thing that they are used to is that they still do manual examinations, but there wasn’t one, they just walked through the pictures, but I am very pleased.
