Completely satisfied. Both Angelina and Daria were very courteous and eager to help. The Bookimed agent who awaited us at the clinic was very polite and dedicated. We had an unstable situation that required consulting another doctor after the one we initially planned, and the agent assisted us, making it possible within 30 minutes.
