From the very beginning, things went smoothly, clearly and quickly. Very pleasant conversation, no waiting, clear information about payment and with, the outcome exactly as agreed. A great advantage and relief is that before the actual payment and the continuation of the treatment, the doctor's CV is offered, it is not that you are forced to cooperate with a certain one.

My opinion is that, even though it's a business the core of it is the desire to help people who want to regain their health as much as possible back, the emotional intelligence and a necessary level of empathy and expertise which everyone from the clinic showed me.

The trip to the clinic went smoothly and without incident. We were met at the airport, helped with renting an apartment on a daily basis and introduced us to the clinic. Special thanks to Roman Baranov for his very necessary and qualified assistance, his willingness to help and solve all the problems that arise, both in terms of logistics and in terms of medical service.

I was very satisfied with the overall service. The medical team was top. Everything clear, the medical was fluent in English which made our understanding of the problem much better. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely satisfied with Bookimed services. Both Angelina and Daria were very helpful, eager to assist. The Bookimed agent that waited for us at the clinic was very polite and also very dedicated. We had a fluid situation in requirement to see another doctor after the one that we had planned and the agent helped us and made it possible within 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend Bookimed to everyone.

Firstly, the doctor listened to us very well, talked to the child and I liked it, examined from different sides and neurology and other directions, asked the child questions about what she liked. I am very pleased. The doctor spoke to us as parents. She advised us to take more gentle drugs, advised us to start monitoring and only then draw conclusions. I'd like to maintain our contacts and communication in the future. I also want to say a special thank you to Svetlana, who helped us make the choice of the clinic from Bookimed, she became for us as a mother during the communication, and also many thanks to the clinic coordinator Alexander. In the future, we will apply for Bookimed services and recommend it to friends.

I liked everything very much, convenient location of the Clinic (in the center of Vienna). The doctor and staff aroused confidence, a professional approach, everything is very clear. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. (even a safe). Good and attentive doctors. Many thanks to all the coordinators of the Clinic for their promptness and care! We met us well, the barrier is the language, even taking into account the fact that there is a translator, I still did not understand the professor, so I advise everyone who comes to the blade to go with their translator so that there is time to discuss and understand everything, since time everyone has very few and the translator immediately ran away after the visit and not everything was clear. What he said, none of the other doctors in our homeland in Kyrgyzstan or in Kazakhstan said, so I am very glad that we came to Professor Thomas Cech, heard his opinion about our situation and made no mistake trusting local doctors.

I go to the clinic every two weeks. The last time was in the clinic 11/11/2019. Over a long period, the attitude has changed repeatedly. I made a recommendation of this clinic to my relative, they asked Roman, the manager in Vienna, a ward for two, which he provided, but the last time it was not possible to organize and I was transferred to a ward for 4 people. Anything happened, once a naked man was hooked for several hours, which caused a certain negative reaction. I understand that this is the norm for Austria, they have such a concept. Also, one day, I had to stay in the clinic until 23:05 as honey. the sisters did not have time to do their work, but I understand them and do not want to say anything negative. In general, the clinic is good, but negative aspects arise based on the cultural difference and the workload of the clinic.
