Wiener Privatklinik (WPK): Patients Reviews and Experience

We are satisfied.

So far, I am very satisfied with the support from Bookimed: they responded to the inquiry within 24 hours, offered assistance with travel, various options for institutions/doctors for diagnostics, managed the medical evaluation process, and scheduled visits/tests/surgeries in the shortest possible time, provided translation of medical documentation, accompanied visits/tests on-site at the clinic, and assisted with formalities/German language. Additionally, when the actual cost estimate for the surgery was higher than the initial estimate, Bookimed sought ways to find savings and negotiate the price. It was very helpful to maintain communication with Bookimed staff almost daily, with two of them: a remote manager and an on-site representative, who coordinated their actions well with each other. I would have a small suggestion: to provide slightly more detailed information about the schedule of tests/hospitalization and the necessary preparation.
