Everything was very smooth
Everything was very smooth. The Bookimed coordinator, Tatyana, was very informative, present, and patient; she did her best to reassure me and answer all my questions. I am still in early recovery from my revision rhinoplasty, but I'm feeling better than expected. The main issue was correcting a crooked nose but I also had a septoplasty for better breathing and a tip plasty for cosmetic reasons. The surgeon who personally handled my consultation and surgery took the time to explain what went wrong with my previous procedure and was honest about what realistic results I could expect. Aftercare has been good. The clinic has stayed in touch, provided a clear aftercare guide, and is easy to reach. There were also no additional expenses on top of what I paid the clinic. My advice for anyone considering this is to always ask if they can provide free accommodation. One last thing, massive thank you to Gia for translating everything and looking after me.

I’m so touched by their attitude and thoughtfulness, especially after my surgery
All medical staff and the doctor were wonderful throughout my treatment journey. Nurses were very kind, attentive and very thoughtful. I’m so touched by their attitude and thoughtfulness, especially after my surgery. Nurse Joanne and Nurse Jenny accompanied me back to the hotel, bought necessities for me and even gave me an umbrella because it was going to be a rainy weekend. Kept in touch with me even in the weekend to check up on me. Thank you!

Since you were asking about my experience, here are a few things to know. The procedure was for both my upper and lower eyelids, performed with the traditional scalpel technique. I’m still in early recovery, but I feel better than I thought I would. It’s been reassuring how the clinic has stayed in touch and been easy to reach. Everything was included in the price. The one thing I'd suggest, especially for non-Korean patients, is to make a list and ask every single question you have before arrival.
