I researched many clinics in Thailand before choosing Younify Clinic for GAE treatment, and I’m very glad I did. Dr. Noppachai and his team were professional, attentive, and highly experienced. The clinic environment was modern and comfortable, and the procedure itself was much less painful than expected. Most importantly, my osteoarthritis knee pain improved substantially after treatment. I had been suffering from chronic knee pain caused by osteoarthritis for many years and was starting to think knee replacement surgery was my only option. If you are looking for a non-surgical treatment for knee osteoarthritis, I highly recommend GAE treatment at Younify Clinic (Dr.Noppachai). I rarely write Google reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience with Younify Clinic because it was genuinely that good.
I came in because I was dealing with ongoing knee pain, mainly due to my higher body weight, and it was really starting to impact my daily activities.
What stood out immediately was how the doctors approached my case holistically. Instead of just treating the knee pain, they helped me understand the root cause and recommended a combination of Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE) for pain relief and ESG (endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty) for stomach tightening to support weight loss. The doctors are clearly very experienced in GAE and ESG, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which gave me a lot of confidence.
It’s honestly not easy to find a clinic or hospital in Thailand that specializes in both ESG and GAE. For someone like me, dealing with both weight and knee pain, this was exactly what I needed—it really felt like solving two problems at once.
