Otorhinolaryngology/Ear, Nose and Throat(ENT) Clinics in Cali

Corpus & Rostrum Clinic is a plastic surgery practice in Cali, Colombia. It focuses on aesthetic and reconstructive procedures for the body and face. The clinic is known for its signature Surgery Without Scars techniques. These approaches use helium plasma technology to reduce visible marks. Key procedures include rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, and body contouring.

The practice is led by Dr. John Garcia, who trained in plastic surgery in Brazil in 2010. He holds memberships in FILACP, ISAPS, and the Colombian Society of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Garcia also co-authored a recognized textbook on breast reconstruction. The clinic treats international patients and offers virtual assessments of 20-30 minutes.

Advanced tools include Renuvion J Plasma and VASER systems for skin tightening and ultrasonic liposculpture. Most surgical patients stay at the clinic for 2-3 hours after treatment. Follow-ups are typically scheduled on days 4, 8, and 12. Support staff assist international patients in English.

Dr. Carlos Gamboa is a Harvard Medical School Fellow in Otolaryngology and president of the Colombian Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and Rhinology for 2026–2028. The practice combines functional and aesthetic nasal surgery within ENT care.

• Functional septorhinoplasty can correct the septum and turbinates while reshaping the nose.
• Rib cartilage grafting, with a thoracic surgeon, supports structural nasal reconstruction.
• Nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, otoscopy and digital result simulation are available at the Cali practice.
• High-power motorized instruments remodel bone and cartilage, replacing classic osteotomy in selected cases.
