He turned to this company, where he was immediately answered and offered two, the most acceptable options, the Czech Republic or Germany, the operation on the Da Vinci robot. Frankly, I was inclined to have surgery in St. Petersburg (three clinics have Da Vinci robots), but after talking with our doctors and the organizer of the operation at St. Zdislava Hospital in the Czech Republic, Irina Korchminskaya, I came to the conclusion that the operation should be done in Czech Republic !!! Меня зовут Сергей, Санкт-Петербург, мне 65 лет и у меня был выявлен рак простаты. 19.03. 19 я получил результат анализа ПСА 6,26. (я периодически сдавал кровь на ПСА, так как были некоторые проблемы урологического свойства, к тому же я был в зоне риска, у моего отца был рак простаты) Я обратился к урологу-онкологу, сделал МРТ малого таза, который показал, что у меня в левой доле железы капсула 20х8 мм, заключение: PIRADS 5, максимально плохо, как сказал врач. Далее биопсия, которая подтвердила рак, "Ацинарная аденокарцинома предстательной железы", сумма балов по Gleason 6. Конечно это был удар! Хотя я понимал, что это вполне возможно. Мне очень помогли мои близкие: жена, дети (у меня два сына), жена старшего сына (мне не нравится слово невестка). А далее вопрос , "где делать операцию?" Сыну подсказали о существовании компании "Букимед", которая помогает людям в поисках наилучшего варианта лечения различных заболеваний по всему миру. Он обратился в эту компанию, где ему сразу же ответили и предложили два , наиболее приемлемых варианта, Чехия или Германия, операция на роботе Да Винчи. Я, честно признаться, был склонен делать операцию в Санкт-Петербуроритге (в трех клиниках есть роботы Да Винчи), но пообщавшись с нашими врачами и организатором операции в госпитале Св. Здиславы в Чехии Ириной Корчминской, пришел к выводу, что операцию нужно делать в Чехии!!! О чем ни секунды, впоследствии не пожалел! Как только я дал согласие на операцию, (предварительно я отправил результаты обследования), 17 мая, мне сразу же назначили операцию на 3 июня. Мне сразу же сказали, что операцию будет делать доцент Долежал ( опыт,более 2000 операций по раку простаты на роботе!!!), ассистировать профессор Тваружек. Вся информация о клинике и врачах в открытом доступе на сайте госпиталя Святой Здиславы. Это одна из многих причин, почему мне делали операцию там, а не в России, я не смог получить информацию по статистике проведенных операций врачами в Санкт-Петербурге. Я прилетел в Прагу 01.05.19, меня встретили в аэропорту и отвезли госпиталь, там меня встретил переводчик Отакар Пешек, прекрасно говорит по русски. 03.05.19 мне сделали операцию, все прошло хорошо. Я хочу поблагодарить весь персонал госпиталя, все большие профессионалы, работают в этой больнице по много лет, начиная от санитарок. Конечно же огромное спасибо профессору Тваружеку, он большой профессионал и замечательный человек! При всей своей занятости, всегда, когда у меня возникали вопросы, находил время ответить на них и дать рекомендации. Он заканчивал Ленинградский мединститут, но уже около двадцати лет живет и работает в Чехии, несколько раз заходил, интересовался, как дела и давал рекомендации по дальнейшему восстановлению после выписки из госпиталя (гимнастика и прочее) Находясь в госпитале я трижды связывался с сотрудниками "Букимед", по вопросам, у меня возникавшими и сейчас, спустя два месяца после операции поддерживаю с ними связь, как и с больницей Св. Здиславы, за то всем большое спасибо! Сейчас у меня все хорошо, практически полностью восстановился. 01.08.19 сдал кровь на ПСА, результат 0,026. Мы с ним в один день прилетели, нам с ним в один день сделали операции и в один день мы отправились по домам. Во время прогулок по окрестностям, (после операции нужно ходить как можно больше, а госпиталь расположен в заповеднике!), у нас появилась идея проехать по Европе от госпиталя Св. Здиславы до испанского города Сантьяго-де-Компостела на самокатах "kickbike" под лозунгом "мы победили рак!". Мы хотим помочь людям, впервые столкнувшимся с такой же проблемой, как у нас, понять, что рак можно победить! Мы знаем, как важна поддержка и вера таким людям, мы прошли этот путь! Возможно этот пробег обратит чье-то внимание на существование этой проблемы и он вовремя выявит эту болезнь! Чем раньше человек обратится к специалистам с этой проблемой, тем легче будет победить! For a long time I have chosen a clinic for performing robotic nerve-sparing surgery according to the Da Vinci method. In Kazakhstan, such operations are not performed. I wanted to go to Germany or Israel, negotiated with them, but due to covid restrictions I had to choose Turkey. And I did not regret it at all. From the proposed options I chose the Anadolu clinic. After 6 days I was already in Istanbul. The entire organization and coordination of treatment was at the highest level. For which I am very grateful to coordinator Eliza. She was always in touch and could be contacted for any question. Special thanks to the translators Zahida and Muhammad. They were very attentive and responsive, they were always interested in my condition and were in touch. Now directly about the treatment. After examination by an oncourologist and providing him with all the examinations at home, in 2 days I was scheduled for an operation. No extra examinations and money spinning were appointed. My attending physician Ilker Tinay performed the operation brilliantly. The operation lasted for about 5 hours, under general anesthesia, but by the evening I was already forced to walk, accompanied by nurses. And after another 2 days I was able to check out. In the department, everyone from the doctor to the orderlies performed their work competently and professionally. I would also like to say about the conditions. A separate room of about 20 sq. m with a shower, toilet, pull-out chair for an accompanying person, TV, refrigerator and even a safe. (My hotel room was worse). After I was discharged, the doctor examined me three more times and gave me recommendations. And now after 2 weeks I feel almost completely healthy and there are no side effects (although according to statistics this is possible and quite often). I would like to thank my attending physician Ilker Tinay for his qualified and attentive approach to my treatment. As a result, the cost of examination and treatment was significantly different for the better from the same in Europe or Israel. Thanks to everyone who took part in this. Я долгое время выбирал клинику для проведения роботизированной нервосберегающей операции по методу Да Винчи. В Казахстане такие операции не делают. Хотел поехать в Германию или Израиль, вёл с ними переговоры, но из за ковидных ограничений пришлось выбрать Турцию. И я нисколько об этом не пожалел. Из предложенных вариантов выбрал клинику Anadolu. Через 6 дней я был уже в Стамбуле. Вся организация и координация лечения была на высшем уровне. За что очень благодарен координатору Элизе. Она всегда была на связи и к ней можно было обратиться по любому вопросу. Отдельная благодарность переводчикам Захиде и Мухаммеду. Очень внимательные и отзывчивые, всегда интересовались моим состоянием и были на связи. Теперь непосредственно о лечении. После осмотра онкоурологом и предоставления ему всех обследований на родине, мне уже через 2 дня была назначена операция. Не было назначено никаких лишних обследований и раскручивания на деньги. Мой лечащий врач Илькер Тинай блестяще провел операцию. Операция шла около 5ти часов, под общей анестезией, но к вечеру меня уже заставили ходить в сопровождении санитаров. А ещё через 2 дня я смог выписаться. В отделении все от врача до санитаров грамотно и профессионально выполняли свою работу. Отдельно хотел бы сказать про условия. Отдельная палата около 20 кв. м с душевой кабиной, туалетом, раздвижным креслом для сопровождающего, телевизором, холодильником и даже сейфом. (У меня номер в отеле был хуже). После выписки доктор ещё трижды осматривал меня и давал рекомендации. И вот уже через 2 недели я чувствую себя практически совершенно здоровым и никаких побочный явлений ( хотя по статистике такое возможно и довольно часто). Хочу поблагодарить своего лечащего врача Илькера Тиная за его квалифицированный и внимательный подход к моему лечению. В итоге стоимость обследования и лечения значительно отличалась в лучшую сторону от аналогичного в Европе или Израиле. Спасибо всем кто принимал в этом участие.

I requested a second opinion for the treatment of prostate cancer for my dad. The cosultation was provided in written by Prof. Dr. med. Sebastian Melchior. He answered all my initial questions and the ones I've sent after his initial answers in meter of few days. This helped us in understanding better the situation and possible options. However due to the fact that most of the answers were of general rather specific nature, in the end we are still not sure what is the better treatment in our case.
