What worried me most was how the recovery would actually go. But my surgeon was honest about the timeframe right from the start, and also explained all the risks and details of the laser procedure itself very clearly. It was easy to discuss any concerns with him. Now, during the healing phase, I feel better than I expected. It was really appreciated that the clinic staff stayed in touch and asked how I was getting on after the operation. There were no additional costs, which is also a big plus. The support from the clinic since I started treatment has been brilliant

What worried me most was what haemodialysis would actually be like and how I would feel. But my doctor was honest about what to expect and explained the whole process very clearly, including the diet and fluid restrictions. As it turns out, I feel better than I expected. I’ve been prescribed three sessions a week, and the support from the clinic since I started treatment has been brilliant. They’re always available, they’ve checked in on how I’m feeling and given me clear instructions. Importantly, there were no additional costs. My advice to future patients would be to prioritise their health above all else.

Everyone starting with the coordinators, doctor, nurses were really nice and helpful, the staff care about their patients. The appointment i was supposed to have in another clinic was canceled because the doctor canceled all appointments on the surgery day, so the coordinator from bookimed (Natalia) reached out to Lokman Hekim hospital and they agreed to take me in the same day for blood tests and surgery next day, I am really thankful to dr. Hasan, nurses, Mr. Ismael, Olga and everyone, who took a part in my stay in the hospital.I definitely recommend this hospital for treatments

If you are considering stem cell therapy, here is my initial, first-hand experience. The care I received from the surgeon and the medical team was excellent, as was the organisation at the clinic. Everything went smoothly. It is very important to manage expectations at the outset; it is far too early to judge the final results, and I haven’t noticed any change yet in spontaneous erections. However, the most positive aspect so far is that the injection site feels completely normal and there is no discomfort, which makes the recovery period easy. Given the high level of professionalism and support they have provided, I am confident that I have chosen the right place.

The result is already better than expected

What worried me most was how the final length would turn out, but the result is already better than expected. The team was faultless. My incision for the 3-piece Rigicon implant is healing cleanly, though the most difficult part of recovery has been just trying to sit comfortably. The clinic facility itself is why I gave a lower rating; it’s functional but feels dated. This did not detract from the quality of the medical attention, however. Based on the care from the staff and the surgeon, I would direct others here.

The whole experience overall was great. Dr Bugra Cetin made himself available throughout my time in Istanbul, when he wasn't in surgery, that made my trip easy. The staff at Bookimed addressed all my concerns day and night, with taxi, clinic and still with my recovery while back home. I got with my local Urologist for them to have a look at my surgical area and they were happy with the results so far and said everything looks perfect! Thanks Dr. Cetin and Team!

I want to send my sincere thanks to Professor Ahmed Tunc Özdemir fra department of urology. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and always ready to help! I warmly recommend professor to all the patients who need a really skilled doctor who is always willing to do his best for helping! He has in addition, very kind and generous personality! My sincere thanks goes further to coordinator Alisher and translator Gulnaz. Alisher is a perfect example of the right person on the right place. He possess executive management skills and it is a pleasure to communicate with him. He is expert to organise, coordinate and give a quick feedback. He is always smiling and polite. Alisher is always trying to solve all the problems on a best way and is a really good listener and communicator. Last but not least I want to express my sincere gratitude to translator Gulnaz! I'm happy with the price and the surgeon's experience

I’m happy with the price and the surgeon’s experience. These are the most important things so I would recommend. Early sign suggests good outcome. Most nurses are very nice and attentive, but speak hardly any English. I used google translate to convey what I wanted to say, but they mostly tried to get by with the few words they know which creates confusion and uncertainty. Hospital should also provide written information about what to expect before and after the operation.
