The clinic is wonderful, they were very well received, I would like to say about Tahir Hanifayev, he understands everything perfectly, is very responsive. And of course, I want to say thank you to Doctor Sinem Karakas, she was responsible for the aesthetics of the teeth, the work is very professional. The only disadvantage of the clinic is the prices, but if you want a professional job, then you will have to pay the corresponding money. I recommend this clinic to everyone. If you're considering this procedure, I'd tell you that my experience was very straightforward. I went in for a single dental implant, and while I'm still in the early stages of healing, I feel about as expected. There have been no major surprises, which is a relief. Everyone on the team, from the surgeon to the clinic staff, was professional and capable. I gave all aspects of my care five stars. Things just went smoothly. The whole process was handled with a calm competence that I really valued throughout my time at the clinic.

My rather unexpected decision to have two implants fitted at the age of 76 was immediately put into action by Dentist Gürkan! He gave me excellent advice, then examined my jawbone using an X-ray, and after a further 45 minutes, the two implants were professionally and perfectly in place! His very, very friendly manner and steady hand made this procedure a truly memorable experience! My thanks also go to the entire team: the surgical assistant, the reception staff, as well as the German interpreter and the member of staff who drove me from the office to the Dent-Helen-Clinic and, after the treatment, to the nearest cash machine, and looked after me. Such an unparalleled, all-encompassing service is unthinkable in Germany! Thank you very much for this positive experience and for continuing to keep your patients happy! At my very first consultation, the doctor showed me my CT scan and explained the entire treatment plan in detail, step by step. This immediately put me very much at ease. Now that the procedure is behind me, I can say that I feel better than I expected. My recovery is going well. I really appreciate that the clinic staff are always available and ready to answer any questions; it’s truly reassuring. There were no surprises with the payment either — there were no additional costs, and everything was strictly in line with the original agreement. What surprised me most was how quickly the whole procedure was over. I’d expected to spend at least four hours in the dentist’s chair, but my dentist finished in less than two. During that time, he removed a number of decayed teeth with great professionalism and fitted 10 Nobel Biocare implants. He personally consulted with me before the operation and carried it out himself. I now feel better than I expected. The clinic is always on hand, which is very important during the recovery period. There were no additional costs. I’d advise future patients to have a good meal the evening before the operation. And if you’re facing the same extent of treatment as I did, make sure to take plenty of tissues with you to the hotel.

What I was most worried about was how the recovery would go and the journey home. And with good reason. My feelings are mixed so far; it’s still too early to talk about the final result, but the procedure itself went well. The doctor personally fitted my 3–4 NTA implants and immediately gave me a clear timeline for when the crowns could be fitted, which was very reassuring. The post-operative instructions were clear, and the only additional expense I had to cover was for medication. My only important piece of advice to future patients is this: if you can, extend your stay after the operation, because the flight is very tiring.

I’m currently in the early stages of recovery, and I’m feeling exactly as I expected, with no surprises. It’s worth noting that everything I needed to know was explained to me before I arrived at the clinic, so there were no surprises.

We had a crown and a filling done promptly at the clinic. The coordinator Valeria was very helpful and advised with everything I asked her about and translated everything to the doctor promptly. The cost was the same as agreed. I have already contacted Bookimed many times and they always help me with appointments and treatments

I wanted to have crowns fitted on the implants I’d had placed in Germany. The very kind doctor then told me that, unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to fit the crowns because the implants had been placed incorrectly in Germany. Now, unfortunately, I have to ask for my money back and have the implants removed due to the risk of peri-implantitis. Had I known this, I would have had the entire treatment done at the Smile Centrum. Thank you for your very honest advice.

I really didn’t like the way I was treated at the clinic; there’s no organisation, the interpreters are constantly coming and going, and you constantly feel lost because you don’t speak the language. I have no complaints about the operation itself or the surgeon; everything went quickly, smoothly and painlessly.
