When we had to go to the hospital, a car came to pick us up. They took us everywhere we needed to go for treatment, even to the pharmacies. When we arrived at the hospital, I was examined by the doctor Alaattin Ozturk. I told him about my symptoms and the analyses already done in the RF. The doctor studied all this, sent me to have a blood test and an ultrasound (we paid for the ultrasound ourselves, as it was not in the plan). All the analyses and ultrasound were done quickly. After that the doctor decided to operate on me on the same day. I was scared, but Dr Alaattin Ozturk's confidence reassured me. I realised that I was in good hands and everything was going well. Also the interpreter and coordinator Olga was very helpful, caring and "warm" in her communication. All this helped me to get through the stress before the operation, even though I was very reluctant to have it. We waited in the ward. At that time a nurse came and very carefully put a catheter in advance. This is a huge problem for me: before the catheter was put already in the operating theatre, and it was a torment - I was always stabbed all my hands, because my veins "hide". But here the nurse put the catheter in so painlessly that I didn't even realise it was already in place. About an hour later, I was taken into the operating room. The doctor translated to me what was being done to me before the operation, and once again I would like to say a big thank you to him. I was very afraid that I would lose my voice because they often nick the ligaments, but when I woke up everything was fine. I woke up easily. The first day after the operation I was up and feeling relatively fine considering I had the operation. The hospital staff were very caring: they took my blood pressure and temperature and put me on painkillers. I did not feel unwell. I would like to tell you separately about the ward. We were lying alone with my husband. The only disadvantage was that it was difficult for him to sleep on the couch. But everything else was just fine. I have never been in the hospital so well, and believe me - I have a lot of experience =) The bathroom is like in a good hotel: great shower, I was even able to take it. The ward is big, with good and different lighting, with a comfortable table. Everything was great, I was very comfortable. I had more problems with cystitis and Olga organised for me to see a urologist. He helped to solve the problem. I was given an antibiotic and a drip with a catheter free of charge. When we were discharged, we were taken to a pharmacy where we could buy everything. Then my husband was also taken to see a hair transplant surgeon, also free of charge and also by car. I saw the doctor on the last day - he removed my stitches and asked me to send him some tests. I was very happy that it was him who operated on me, and I was even sad to part with Olga. When the histology was ready, it turned out that I had cancer, and it was good that everything was done in time. If I have any health problems, I will definitely come back to this hospital. The people who work there treat patients and their families with care. I would also like to add that the Bookimed service made me very happy: they were interested in my health and asked me if I was OK. I liked the hospital they chose for me.

She will explain the treatment and procedure with you in detail. I will not hesitate again to recommend her to any of my friends and family. She will perform the procedure in the comfort of your own residency without having to travel to the clinic. This is very accommodating as it minimizes the interruption if or when you are on vacation. I will be following up with her in the coming months as she is now my go to doctor.

What I would say to a friend considering this procedure is to make sure they have a thorough blood test beforehand. As for me, everything was very straightforward. The surgeon gave me a very clear explanation of the glands that needed to be treated, which put me at ease. The good news came quickly: the results showed that my calcium levels were slightly low but did not require surgery at this stage. I was given basic instructions for the next steps. Regarding my concerns about bone density, we decided that this is something to monitor later, which makes sense at this stage. I will come for a check-up in six months

To be honest, if a friend asked me, I wouldn’t recommend this treatment. It’s been 15 days, and so far the results have been rather modest — my blood sugar levels have improved slightly, but that’s about it. The clinic itself deserves high praise; everything is very modern and clean. However, the work of the doctor and staff left a mediocre impression. When I asked questions, time was limited, and I didn’t manage to ask everything I wanted to; the doctor simply said, ‘If you like, come back tomorrow.’ The consultation lasted a mere 15 minutes. The transfer services were very poorly organised, with issues regarding punctuality, constant waiting and frequent changes of interpreters. Perhaps there will be improvements to the treatment in the future. Overall, I got the impression that the hospital’s primary concern is simply making money, and everything else is of secondary importance.

The impression was that for the clinic the result is not so important as making money. I’m not a doctor, but I understand that you can’t take codle tests. A person ate, if a person comes with stomach problems, this is minimal. In fact, we passed tests for $ 750 but did not understand whether we have problems with sugar or not.
