I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast. I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.
Food, staff, I can't single out anything, everything was good.

I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter
I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

I travelled alone, but I didn't feel lonely, I had support from all sides ☺️ Transfer is super, I didn't even expect that it would be so VIP, the drivers are very well-mannered, attentive, careful driving! I am very grateful to the company Bukimed and my coordinators Kristina and Ali, who answered my questions very quickly, did not rush me in anything, were extremely loyal. I could even tell them what was bothering me in life and about my strange doubts, and they accepted them and supported me. This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone. The clinic greeted me warmly, I read the contract for 5 hours, no one rushed me (I just translated every line). I went to the clinic for checkups, they immediately organized a transfer upon request, the result is excellent. I did not know what size of breasts I wanted by numbers because I could not imagine how it would be better for me, but my professional doctor understood me by microexpressions and did everything perfectly, she chose the best size for me according to the structure of my breasts. The support of the coordinators, medical staff is also 10/10. To be honest, I thought that I was just a client - who pays, but after the visit I realized that I was wrong - they treated me like a patient, but a person. I did not use the services of a translator, because I liked how we amusingly with the nurses explain what needs to be done by movements and in simple words
Everything, I don't even know what to highlight. From start to finish everything was perfect. The operation was successful, any requests were satisfied. Communication was super, cleanliness was super.
On the first day when I checked into the clinic (the day before the operation), I was a little scared at first because everyone didn't know English well, since in general I was scared before my first independent major operation

From the first contact to the discharge - everything was flawless! I am by nature a terrible panic-stricken person and before the trip I was worried about literally everything. Fears, fears, worries, worries - it was all there. But everything turned out to be perfectly organised: I was met, driven, everything was on time, punctual, comfortable. There was an interpreter everywhere, so everything was clear and calm. I was very pleased with the fact that they started taking me into anaesthesia in the lift, and I didn't even see the operating room - I just woke up in a cosy room with large panoramic windows. This is so important - without stress, without fear, with complete trust. The staff - attentive, warm, responsive. I felt cared for at every stage. And, of course, a special thanks to Dr Ergin Er for the fulfilment of my dream! I had a breast reduction and lift, and already 2 weeks after the operation I feel like a new person. My shoulders are squared, I feel light inside, and every look in the mirror makes me smile. The result is amazing: the stitches are incredibly thin and neat, you can already see the work of a true professional. I don't even know how he did it, everything is so jewellery! Thank you for this magic. Thank you for a new sense of self. You treat not only the body - you treat the soul.
