I was coming in from the US, so the first people I was in contact with were the coordinators (Ege and Sebnem) they arranged my transportation as well as accommodations. They were very helpful, fluent in english and readily available to address any problems or concerns that I had. The clinic itself was modern and well kept. A good amount of the staff can speak english well and their hospitality is some of the best I have received anywhere. The most important person on this trip was obviously my surgeon Dr. Ece Kalafatlar. She performed gynecomastia Surgery on me and this lady knows how to do her job. She is a fluent English speaker, she explains everything in detail, she addresses any and all of your concerns. I felt comfortable going into surgery and I was very pleased by my results. She followed up with me 2 times after the surgery to make sure everything was progressing as it should and to make sure I was ready for my 22 hr trip back home. I would recommend her to anybody needing to get anything done. I would recommend the clinic to foreigners, because they plan for everything (accomodation and transportation) and they charge what they quote.

Everything went well at the airport. The hospital was spotless. My surgeon explained what the results would be and I agreed to the gynecomastia procedure. It's now five months later and the scar is there, as expected, but my nipples are a mess. That part wasn't explained to me. I didn't take my shirt off before because of man boobs and now I can't take my shirt off because of my embarrassing nipples. They look nothing alike!

Everything was great from the very start, initially I was able to connect with Rabi to communicate details via WhatsApp which was a smooth process and was fast to respond considering our time differences. The best part was not having to worry about hotel stay, transportation etc. everything is included in the costs and they make you well aware of that including the fee if using credit card. There’s no hidden fees or unexpected occurrences. Daniela greeted me on arrival at the clinic, she speaks perfect english and is able to answer any questions from start to finish. She made my stay very comfortable, was there at all hours to answer any questions and was so kind! She is very thoughtful and thorough in providing instructions. Dr. Yavuz Özsular was amazing, made me very comfortable from the beginning. He was there to answer any questions, concerns and I had absolute trust in him. The results post surgery were great, and in time I look forward to post an update of before & after photos as the months progress. Great choice to go with Dr. Soho clinic and the entire team is awesome.

Turkey is the most beautiful country i have ever seen in my life! I never thought any place could outdo Brazil but i was wrong.

Horrible English speaking skills. Lack of motivation to servige patient if beeded. Overall information sharing to patient is very poor. Also i got complication after surgery. I needed another surgery in Finland.

I could not be happier with Dr Nermin and all the nurses and staff. From the initial consultation to the actual surgery and follow ups this has been a positive experience. Dr Nermin showed me her previous work at the consultation.Once I saw the results I knew that I wanted her to do my surgery. The results are amazing and I’m so pleased with everything. I would recommend her to everyone and I am very thankful to her.

Location was very clean. The staff was pleasant. The doctor was confident in his approach. It’s been a few weeks and results look good. It takes time I understand so I’m waiting to see the final results. But so far so good.

The medical team were great, very attentive. They did a wonderful job of making me feel safe immediately post operation and when I can back for a review Bookimed have been excellent in this process, I think the experience would have been vastly different (in a bad way) if I weren't to have used them. As I was travelling abroad to get my surgery done, I felt lost and clueless in the plethora of clinics and doctors out there. Hugo done a great job of shortlisting the best clinics suited to me and produced a package which I would not of been able to do on my own.
