I had a VIP checkup at Hisar International Hospital, I liked it very much! The process was efficient, I went through all the examinations without any delays. Modern equipment, experienced doctors and friendly staff. The interpreter Rabia accompanied me everywhere and translated everything very well. I also had lunch at the hospital, delicious! The general practitioner at the end gave me a general assessment of the results of the analyses and gave me recommendations. I am very satisfied and have already recommended it to my friends!

Very good, but I'd come back for a stay of more than 3 days as it's too short to make an assessment. If you don't want to be in a hurry, you need to plan for 5 days on site, preferably outside the weekend! The doctors are extremely competent, attentive and relevant! The hospital is magnificent, large and clean. It has all the technology you need, and despite the wait, I highly recommend memoriall!

My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada. We promptly took analyses, MRI, ultrasound, consultation with a competent neurologist who paid attention to the problem that was causing the headaches for a long time. The overall treatment was very good, though, some medical attendants could be a bit more empathetic and caring. But overall, I'll use this service again in future. I particularly love the atmosphere and environment. Location was far from where we were but okay all the same. The treatment took the whole day and waiting was a bit tiring, but I can understand why this is. I would prefer to have it done in one day, than spread it over two or three days. Our guide was very good, though is grasp of the language was not great but his attitude more than compensated. I have nothing negative to say about our experience and nothing more to ask, besides, I'll like a follow-up, especially on pending results.

I have received outstanding service. From very beginning to the end, no unpleasant surprises. I came to this clinic for a specific reason as my Australian doctors kept saying that I have no issues and year on year I went through medical checks and nothing has been discovered. Hissar hospital medical check identified many things and gastrointerogist is next level all together. All Doctors are amazing, high standard and very attentive. One of my translators Aikerim had medical background, therefore understanding of medical interpretation was a breeze.

I came to Anadolu on recommendation. I had a check-up and a few specialists who were not included in the check-up. The service was excellent. Timely tansfer, no unnecessary waiting. There were no issues related to language barrier. The coordinator Zahida, always on the phone, anticipated all possible questions. Saida, a wonderful girl, accompanied us and translated. Thanks to them, the check-up was finished one day earlier than the estimated time. It is very difficult to go through such a number of procedures and examinations in our country in 2 days. But here everything is perfectly organised and technically equipped. I got a lot of answers to my questions. I would like to share my enthusiastic review of the Memorial Bahçelievler clinic based on my experience when I brought my mother for a checkup. I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of care and professionalism shown to each patient. From the very beginning of our arrival, we were greeted by friendly and hospitable staff. They showed genuine interest in our situation and created a comfortable atmosphere to alleviate our concerns. The doctors and nurses were highly competent and warm, which immediately made us confident that our mother was in good hands. In addition, Memorial Bahçelievler Clinic has modern facilities and advanced equipment. We were amazed at the technical capabilities available at the clinic and this gave us confidence in the quality and accuracy of the procedures our mother underwent. All this, combined with the professionalism and care of the staff, created a positive impression of the service at the Memorial Bahcelievler clinic. We were satisfied and grateful for the experience we had at the Memorial Bahçelievler clinic. Mom received excellent medical care, and our family felt supported and cared for. Good afternoon. I liked the clinic, new, modern. Doctors and staff also make a good impression, I have no complaints. But my curator at the clinic gave me the address of one clinic, and on check-up she signed me up for another, because of this I had to change the hotel upon arrival so as not to drive through traffic jams every day. I lost money on hotel bills and taxi fares and it was very frustrating to deal with this attitude. The coordinator Daria, who worked with me, well done, was attentive. But the work of the girl who gave me the wrong address of the clinic, because of which I lost time and money, can only be assessed as a minus.

I'll start with the organizers from the bookimed website, they are terrible, a lady named Olga Tarnavskaya, promising all the appointments to the clinics, promising that their coordinator from the clinic would meet us, she lied as best she could. We were met by an interpreter who had no idea of our medical history, where should we start,. Olga Tarnavskaya was interested in how much money my parents and I were spending quietly so that after our departure we would know in advance how much interest we would receive. The staff of the memorial clinic turned out to be two times worse than these, a clinic that says we are 1st in Turkey and 21st in the world, the level of service is below the baseboard, The doctors are not bad, but for this money they are trying to knock you out as much as possible by driving you into all unnecessary rooms they don’t rip off real money, in Germany for this money you can be treated by good professors, you won’t be re-recorded 10 times like in a memorial, the girls at the receptions are a separate story, it feels like you owe them something, it’s not real are arrogant. I am not a competitor and not a paid review, I am a real person who does not advise going to this clinic for treatment.

This is my third visit to Memorial, and this time I am unpleasantly surprised by the organization and quality of services. In order: 1. Meeting at the airport: a leaflet with an indication of the person who meets “Memorial” was placed on the airport post, none of the Memorial employees got in touch, and the wait for the car took more than 40 minutes. 2. On the day of the examination, delivery from the hotel to the clinic was not organized. The day before, there was an agreement that the car would arrive at 9:00, went out in advance and waited 25 minutes, after which they contacted the manager, who explained the absence of the car with a significant workload and offered to call a taxi and come by themselves. As a result, we arrived at the Memorial at almost 10:00. 3. I didn’t like the quality and attitude of the staff during the survey: 3.1. at the reception at the mammologist, my wife stood undressed to the waist, and the nurse invited the male translator to enter the office without warning (!!!!!!). 3.2. At the appointment with the urologist in the office without my permission, there were two more people, in addition to the doctor and the translator !!!! All the doctor's recommendations were superficial: not to hypothermia, regular sex and an active lifestyle. Was that why I went to the Memorial ??? Doctors in Russia told me this! 3.3. There was a feeling that the entire examination for 1440 euros, for information, for 4 people, boiled down to recommendations to undergo additional treatment with them, for example: 3.3.1. according to the analyzes of the gynecologist, an infection was detected and it was proposed to hand over an extended urine test for 416 lire for a surcharge. The analysis was submitted, in the end, no one reported the result of the analysis, until we ourselves began to ask questions. When the manager realized that we would not come for a subsequent paid visit, the answer was that the analysis was in order. 3.3.2. the ophthalmologist strongly recommended that my mother have an operation at his memorial, offering a recording. 4. In addition to the organization: 4.1. For the whole day, we could not go through all the paid doctors (bone mass for women and a therapist), despite the fact that we refused to be examined by a dentist. We were offered to come the next day for an additional examination. Only on urgent request, we were received by a therapist from another department. Conclusion: I categorically do not recommend the memorial for examination. With a price / quality ratio, it does not stand up to scrutiny.

Our coordinators are not responding to us, no one is responding, we paid the nutritionist for a month in the clinic, but for a month now no one has heard a word, although I write to the 2nd coordinators I don’t understand what the problem is, plus my mother’s complications from drugs prescribed by the cardiologist but the doctor warned and said that if this happens then contact her through the coordinators, but so far (for 3 weeks) none of them have answered yet, to be honest, I don’t understand what the problem is, they themselves in the clinic said cordially that we are in contact with doctors through them now none of them answer.
