I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). To say that I was shocked by the doctor's approach to treatment is to say nothing. My impressions to you, just do not wish to experience. The operation was agreed in advance counselling and my wishes. The day of the operation came. In the morning I was picked up from the hotel and with an interpreter, I went through all the analyses. On the question when I will have a meeting with the doctor I was told at 9 am then I pointed out that I am allergic to one drug. But they wouldn't give me any medication before the operation without the doctor's consent. When I was already changed clothes for the operation ( I apologise myself in underwear, in an operating gown ) came the doctor and began to explain to me on his hands that it can not be like this, as I want and he sees it all differently. He began to explain to me with his fingers how it will be. Interrupting the interpreter. The interpreter couldn't keep up with the translation. Hurrying me to make a decision. I replied that I couldn't make a decision without seeing any pictures of what was waiting for me. Then after about an hour of dialogue, the doctor corrected the curvature of my nose on the telephoto in front of me and said here's what awaits you and covered the tip of my nose with his hand. Again we heard my refusal, to which I was told there is no time and I have to make a decision. They told me there was no time and I had to make a decision. My wishes were ignored. I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in organising my operation. Starting with my arrival, my flight was cancelled, so I had to change my tickets and arrived very late. I wrote to my consultant Stanislav and he and the clinic reassured me, saying that they would pick me up at any time and take me to the hotel. Despite being a 4-star hotel, it is very nice and cosy, and the staff are friendly. After the operation, I stayed at the clinic overnight, as I had flown in alone and was afraid to go straight to the hotel. And that was the right decision. The medical staff were very competent, changing my dressings and performing all procedures on time. When I pressed the button, they came immediately and helped me with everything. My nose was large and not an easy case for Dr Cem Altindag to work with. The results AMAZING!!!! It looks so natural and matches my face perfectly. I am grateful to bookmed for helping me choose a clinic. Everything that was promised was fulfilled in full! We were met and organised everything very efficiently in terms of time. The interpreter Akilai was very good, she solved all our queries and questions very quickly and was available 24/7. Dr Hakan - hair transplant and Dr Ibrahim Renoseptoplasty are very competent. I would like to mention Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us...The doctors did a great job and now everything depends on how carefully their recommendations will be followed during the rehabilitation period.

For a long time I couldn’t decide on this operation, but in the end everything went quickly and conveniently. The price included the hotel and transfer from the airport and back and transfer to the clinic and back. The hotel enters with one more person, I flew with a friend. Breakfast for 2 is included. I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results.
