I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr Ergin Er at Istanbul aesthetics plastic surgery centre, and had an incredible experience!! Everyone was incredibly supportive and helpful. Elviira, my Bookimed coordinator, was amazing at answering any questions I had (which was a lot!) and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I was checked up on after my visit and also when I returned after a few weeks, with full end-to-end support. I had a smooth transition to Yasin, my medical manager, who was flawless at arranging travel and all logistics and also incredibly helpful with aftercare instructions. I did not have to worry or take care of anything myself. The hospital was clean, modern and comfortable and made sure I was ok at all times. The staff were incredibly attentive and more than happy to help answer any questions I had and made sure I didn’t feel nervous going in. My husband who stayed with me throughout was also well taken care of (given meals and bedding to stay next to me overnight), which was hugely appreciated. My surgeon, Dr Ergin Er, was very professional and reassuring- I’ve previously had a septoplasty in the UK which he needed to correct as well as performing the rhinoplasty as we had planned. There were no hidden or extra costs and I’m finally able to breathe clearly (like I was supposed to when I had surgery in London). He clearly communicated realistic expectations and what would suit my face I’m currently almost a month postop and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! He has done the most incredible job and it is better than I could’ve hoped for I can’t wait to see what it looks like as it heals further but he’s truly turned my biggest insecurity into my new favourite feature! The after-care was fantastic and the recovery process was very easy. All the staff at the hospital were incredible and took such great care of me which I couldn’t be more thankful for. Overall, I had an amazing experience and i’m so pleased with how it’s turned out. I was fully taken care of from the first message to now. Originally I was a bit nervous about travelling abroad for surgery and wasn’t sure what to expect but this whole process has been so easy and smooth that I would absolutely do it again and recommend it to others. Everyone was so supportive and great at calming my nerves and reassuring me throughout every step of the way. I couldn’t be more thankful to my surgeon and the rest of the team for the amazing work they did.

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in organising my operation. Starting with my arrival, my flight was cancelled, so I had to change my tickets and arrived very late. I wrote to my consultant Stanislav and he and the clinic reassured me, saying that they would pick me up at any time and take me to the hotel. Despite being a 4-star hotel, it is very nice and cosy, and the staff are friendly. After the operation, I stayed at the clinic overnight, as I had flown in alone and was afraid to go straight to the hotel. And that was the right decision. The medical staff were very competent, changing my dressings and performing all procedures on time. When I pressed the button, they came immediately and helped me with everything. Special thanks to my doctor, who is a true professional. I am glad that I chose him. The interpreter was very good, a pleasant and kind girl who was always on time and translated clearly. I was taken to and from the dressing and examinations on time. I am very happy with my medical trip and, of course, with the result. As a healthcare professional from the uk, it can be difficult to trust a different healthcare service outside the uk. My reservatiobs were rest assured with quick responses to any questions that i had, to arranging video call with tge surgeon, right to the surgery itself and the aftercare. I could not fault the care that i received, all in line with similar proticols as we have in the nhs. Bloods, ecg, observations, pain relief, and wound and patiebt care were all exceptional. The nursing staff were very caring. Some language barrier at times but easily overcome. Google translate was also helpful. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the experience it was perfectly coordinated medical staff were caring. I would like to thank Yasemine who followed me from start to finish as well as surgeon Mustafa aydinol for his beautiful work on me. I had a nose job done, full leg liposuction as well as a 360 degree tummy tuck and I had my breasts re-injected everything is as I wanted it.

My experience with Db'est Clinic was fantastic, Dr. Derya Bingöl and her team were very friendly and made the consultation feel exciting, giving me their opinions and suggestions whilst keeping it professional. They took care of everything; the transportation from and to the airport, booking a spacious hotel suite right in front of the hospital where they operate, helping me with the pre-surgery examination and translating when needed. The hospital room also had a bed for my partner, and meals were provided for the both of us. The nurses were very caring and attentive, however I'm grateful I had my partner with me, as the first few days of recovering from surgery are no joke and I needed assistence for everything (I also wanted to stay an extra night as I didn't feel ready to leave after one day). Dr. Derya came both days I was in the hospital to visit me, and answer any question I had along with her nurse Pinar who was very patient and caring towards me. They also provided me the medication I needed for the week when I was discharged from the hospital. During my stay in the hotel (where the staff is used to have recovering patients and know how to be discreet) Derya's team was in contact with me daily to make sure everything was ok. On my last day I was given further instruction on how to proceed from there at home, and given a letter to show at the airport for medical clearance to fly. In conclusion I can truly say I had a great experience, everything was curated in detail and I'm happy with my results. PS: if I can give my personal advice to anybody wanting to have a procedure done, is to be realistic when it comes to seeing the final results. I'm currently 2 weeks post surgery and even though I feel good; I'm still recovering and still waiting to fully heal as these kind of procedures take a few months to settle in.
