I had an excellent experience at VM Hospital, and I am incredibly grateful to Dr. İBRAHİM KADIOĞLU for his outstanding care and expertise. From the moment I entered the hospital, I was impressed by the clean and welcoming environment, as well as the professionalism of the staff. Dr. Ibrahim is truly remarkable. He took the time to thoroughly explain my inquiries , answer all my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout the process. His compassion, knowledge, and attention to detail made a significant difference in my treatment and recovery. Thanks to Dr. Ibrahim and the wonderful team at VM Hospital. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. Thank you once again, Dr. Ibrahim, for your dedication and kindness!

Many thanks to Dr Bora Basharan and Alisher Durdiev! Diagnosis: carcinoma on the tongue. Alisher was very helpful with the choice and full support during the treatment. He gave us confidence in choosing Dr Bora Basharan by telling us about his professionalism and humanity. The most important thing for Alisher was the patient's health and to organise the diagnosis/surgery so that the patient gets the best results. We are very happy about this. We could not decide on the treatment (we were waiting for answers from South Korea) and Alisher did not give up to provide us with doctor's answers, answer our many questions and help with organisation. His ability to speak excellent Russian helped a lot in communication. The first meeting organised by Alisher went well. The doctor explained everything about the surgery and gave us peace of mind due to his experience as a highly specialised ENT surgeon in oncology. The operation went well and the follow up health checks. The recovery is good. We read many positive reviews online about Dr Bor Basharan which gave us more confidence. The reviews are true. After the surgery we were given a room with excellent food and the recovery was good. Thank Allah that we met Alisher and Dr Bora Basharan, for his golden hands, good surgery and organisation. Thank you very much again! Good health to all!

If you are currently looking for a place to undergo a CT scan and considering different options, let me share my experience. From the very beginning, the interaction was set up very efficiently. All organizational issues were resolved quickly, coordinators were in touch and provided all the necessary information, which helped to avoid unnecessary stress. Everything at the clinic went according to plan. No delays. The staff acted professionally and cohesively, from registration to the procedure itself. The equipment looked modern, and the environment was calm and clean, which also matters. The doctor who analyzed the images provided clear and understandable explanations of the results. I am still in the recovery process, but the diagnostic stage was conducted at a high professional level. I had no complaints.

Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review: I would like to express my sincere gratitude to your company for the impeccable organisation of my examination. Every stage was thought out down to the smallest detail, which allowed me to feel completely safe and comfortable. Special thanks to the doctors — Dr. Bülent and Dr. Kemal. They are top-level specialists whose attention to detail and professionalism command deep respect. I really appreciate the thorough approach they took to my diagnosis. I would also like to thank the coordinator, Seda, for her sensitivity, and the female translators who accompanied me every step of the way and were a real support. I wish you prosperity, and the doctors further success in their noble work. I will confidently recommend you to my friends and family!

My care was very good from start to finish. As soon as I arrived at the hospital, I was greeted by my interpreter and team. They were very friendly, put me at ease and explained what would happen and when. I had checks done and blood taken etc and met the consultant. He was absolutely lovely and again explained the whole procedure. I also met with the Anaesthetist. My procedure was completed and the care was fantastic from all the staff involved. The room and hospital were great. I felt like we had VIP treatment. The Hotel was also nice and everything runs like clockwork. Thanks to all the team but, especially to Ishmeal, Senna and Doctor Ozturk.

I, Temirbek Ormotoev came from Kyrgyzstan, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital which was helped by bookimed company and the staff of this company liked me, especially I am happy to deal with Professor Ahmet-Tunch Ozdemir. Today is the 3rd day after the operation performed by Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir. The operation was done wonderfully, I am satisfied and also the hospital conditions and medical staff were top notch, everyone is polite to the patients, especially the head nurse and nurse Linhai were very good at patient care. Why did I choose Florence Nightingale specifically? Because this hospital is one of the advanced hospitals in Turkey and there is a DaVinci robotised system. I have a neoplasm in my kidney over 30 mm. Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir performed the operation within 1.5 hours and he has golden hands. Dear readers, if anyone wants to be treated abroad, come specifically to Florence Nightingale and find Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir and you will not go wrong with your choice. I was discharged on the second day after surgery, I feel great and recovery is underway. In terms of the cost of paying for the surgery, compared to other clinics in Turkey, it is realistic and inexpensive. Mr Ahmet-Tunc Ozdemir, my family and I wish you good health, longevity, good luck in everything and that you stay for a long time saving patients from various diseases, Allah help you. I am also grateful to the medical coordinators of bookimed platform, Liana, who from the very beginning until today accompanies and helps with treatment abroad and assistants named Alisher, translator Aigerim, who know their business professionally. Thank you all who helped me with this situation, Allah bless us all.

Dear all, Higlhly recomending the Florence Hospital wich is locating in istanbul. We are very satisfied with the all jobs they did for us. They have a online program BOOKIMED, wich will helps to you all to get a approximatelly quotation and treatment course step by step. Its very comportable and reachable for all. From here began a difficult road which we passed easily with the help of this clinic. The person whos name is Alisher Durdyyev, coordinator of the Florence hospital , took a good care for patient and us as well. Many thanks to him, he did his best. Thank you All.

What worried me most was the uncertainty and what the treatment plan would be. But my fears were put to rest after the very first consultation. The doctor was very attentive and explained everything in detail and calmly, which immediately put me at ease. I really appreciate that approach. All the staff at the clinic were responsive and supportive at every stage. The clinic itself made a good impression; everything is well organised. I am currently in the recovery phase and feel much calmer, having a clear understanding of the next steps. It was the right choice.

What surprised me most about my basalioma treatment wasn't the procedure itself, but the detailed skin examination I received. The surgeon was excellent. He made sure all removal options were discussed clearly, which was reassuring since I already had my diagnosis before arriving. Right now, the treated area is healing very well. While the medical care was superb and the clinic facilities are great, the administrative staff seemed a bit disorganized, which was the only downside. Despite that, based on the surgeon’s work, it’s a place I would suggest to others.

My main concern before starting treatment was how my body would react to the drug. I’m undergoing a course of Keytruda immunotherapy for kidney cancer, receiving an infusion every three weeks. Yes, I have experienced some side effects. These are mainly digestive issues, and I feel a little more tired. Of course, I am still concerned that these might get worse over time. But I must say that the doctor and all the staff have been very attentive and professional, which gives me confidence that I made the right choice of clinic and treatment process.

The medical team's communication during my Gallium 68 DOTATATE PET-CT was direct and clear, which set the tone for the entire process. From coordination to the scan itself, every stage was handled with a high degree of professionalism. My overall sentiment is simple: everything was done at a very high level, and I am sincerely grateful for the help and support I received from everyone involved. The clinic environment and the attentive staff made a significant difference. I have no suggestions for improvement. The service was solid.

My biggest worry was finding a surgeon and team I could completely trust for this personal procedure. That concern disappeared quickly. From the first consultation, the surgeon was professional and the staff were consistently kind, which made the whole process feel secure and well-managed. I'm still in the early stages of healing, but the level of care has been excellent. Everything was clear. When friends ask if I would suggest this clinic to them, my answer is a 10. The support has been fantastic.

The consultation with the doctor and his calm confidence greatly helped to manage my anxiety. I went through the examination calmly and confidently, feeling a professional and compassionate approach at every stage. The organization was top-notch. The coordinator was always in touch, promptly resolving any issues that arose, and the transfer was always on time, which was very important. The clinic is excellent, and the staff is caring. The doctor himself is polite and attentive. Thank you.

My biggest concern before the operation was the recovery period, but now, 15 days after the prosthetic testicle implant surgery, I can say that things are going as expected. I received a small prosthesis measuring 3.5 cm; although I’m not sure of the brand, I’m satisfied with it. The surgeon and all the staff at the clinic were highly professional and competent throughout my experience. Everything went well. The recovery period is going well and without any problems so far.
