From my first communication with Bookimed, I knew I had made the right decision. I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr Ergin Er at Istanbul aesthetics plastic surgery centre, and had an incredible experience!! Everyone was incredibly supportive and helpful. Elviira, my Bookimed coordinator, was amazing at answering any questions I had (which was a lot!) and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I was checked up on after my visit and also when I returned after a few weeks, with full end-to-end support. I had a smooth transition to Yasin, my medical manager, who was flawless at arranging travel and all logistics and also incredibly helpful with aftercare instructions. I did not have to worry or take care of anything myself. The hospital was clean, modern and comfortable and made sure I was ok at all times. The staff were incredibly attentive and more than happy to help answer any questions I had and made sure I didn’t feel nervous going in. My husband who stayed with me throughout was also well taken care of (given meals and bedding to stay next to me overnight), which was hugely appreciated. My surgeon, Dr Ergin Er, was very professional and reassuring- I’ve previously had a septoplasty in the UK which he needed to correct as well as performing the rhinoplasty as we had planned. There were no hidden or extra costs and I’m finally able to breathe clearly (like I was supposed to when I had surgery in London). He clearly communicated realistic expectations and what would suit my face I’m currently almost a month postop and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! He has done the most incredible job and it is better than I could’ve hoped for I can’t wait to see what it looks like as it heals further but he’s truly turned my biggest insecurity into my new favourite feature! The after-care was fantastic and the recovery process was very easy. All the staff at the hospital were incredible and took such great care of me which I couldn’t be more thankful for. Overall, I had an amazing experience and i’m so pleased with how it’s turned out. I was fully taken care of from the first message to now. Originally I was a bit nervous about travelling abroad for surgery and wasn’t sure what to expect but this whole process has been so easy and smooth that I would absolutely do it again and recommend it to others. Everyone was so supportive and great at calming my nerves and reassuring me throughout every step of the way. I couldn’t be more thankful to my surgeon and the rest of the team for the amazing work they did.

The whole experience was very good , was nervous at beginning but was reasurred by Doctor and nursing staff , care pre and post op was excellent , the hospital was very modern and very clean . Also had very good support from the translator who was alwsys available at short notice , but special mention must go to Dr Bugra Cetin and his team who were very professional through the whole process

I would like to share my feedback about the coordinator Kristina, who assisted me from the initial inquiry until the very end. I was searching for a clinic for breast lift/augmentation. I don't recall how, but I submitted a request on Bookimed and received a response very promptly. To be honest, I wasn't planning to undergo surgery so soon; I was simply exploring clinic and doctor options to make a calm decision and perhaps have the lift in a year or more. However, Kristina immediately got involved, listened to my requests, and began providing options in various countries. Initially, I was considering the Czech Republic, but after discussing with Kristina, we decided on Turkey. She took into account my budget, selected clinics, provided reviews with before/after photos, answered countless questions, and I never once felt pressured into making a decision. I had many doubts because I had to travel to another country alone, without a companion, and feared that it might be challenging for me to manage alone, but Kristina assured me that I would receive enough support to not worry. And that's exactly how it was! From the airport meeting to my departure, everything was top-notch! The coordinator in Turkey, Sueda, all the nurses, other clinic staff, and the doctor treated me like a VIP guest! I never regretted my decision and am grateful to Kristina and Dr. Ali for quickly fulfilling my long-held dream! If I need anything else improved in my body, I'll definitely reach out to Kristina and we'll once again choose the best doctor for my request :)

Amazing smooth service. From when I first enquired to going home. Everything is sorted out for you all transfers, hotel, The clinic is modern and clean and everyone was professional and friendly. I was very comfortable throughout the process i had dhi.I'm very happy with my hair line and the surgeon is knowledgeable on what will suit my face and what is up to date.

Complete face lift is not an easy proceed. It was without any pain at all long. The after surgery mask wearing is naturally uncomfortable and create difficulty to sleep. The medical staff for two days in the clinic doing good job and keep me under very serious medical surveillance. The clinic is very clean and I have not any problem to recovery, no eventual infection.
