I am now trying to go on a medical trip again. The new system sucks. When you enter your phone number you have to receive a verification code to do a request. I didn't receive any code. I talked to the operator. They stringed me allong for almost a week, promising that the medical coordinator would contact me. Nothing happened. I am sick and they are truly not helpfull at all. Terribly !!@
