How Much Does Removal of the foreign body in the root canals using a microscope Cost in Turkey?

Removal of the foreign body in the root canals using a microscope in Turkey typically costs from $400 to $700. The total price depends on the specific endodontic technique, clinic location, and number of canals requiring treatment. Patients save around 79% compared to the US, where this procedure costs $2,400 on average. Standard pricing usually includes the specialized microscopic extraction, initial consultation, local anesthesia, and digital X-rays.

  • Case complexity: Extracting deeply lodged instruments or old filler material may increase the final quote.
  • Strategic medical hubs: Major treatment centers are located in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, and Marmaris.
  • Advanced technology: Clinics using hard and soft tissue lasers for disinfection often apply a premium.
  • Follow-up restorations: Placing a new Zirconia or E-Max crown after extraction adds significantly to costs.

Bookimed Expert Insight: Choosing university-affiliated centers provides high value for complex endodontic repairs. For example, Medipol University Ankara Dental Hospital treats up to 35,000 patients annually with specialized endodontic departments. Some Istanbul clinics even use AI-driven diagnostics for better precision. Look for specialists like Dr. Ceren Çetinbay or Associate Professor Burcin Arican Alpay for proven expertise in microscopic retreatment.

I had terrible experience at Inter Dental Turkey. I had one broken tooth that was okay; I just didn't want it to break further in the future. They suggested putting a crown on not only the broken tooth but also on a perfectly healthy one. The doctor name was Dilhun Yukse. She didn't explain things during the treatment. All the staff didn't speak English, so it was hard to understand what they were doing. And without asking, she drilled into two other teeth, because she couldn't fit the crown. After the crown was put in, I felt a lot of pain. I can't chew on that side, and my teeth are super sensitive now. I have to take painkillers every day. When I went to two other clinics, they both said the crown was terrible and that my teeth were damaged because of it. The damage they did to my teeth make me regret going there. I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic!
