Dr Murat has magic in his hands
We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived at Istanbul airport, where they were waiting for us and took us to the hospital. The interpreter was wonderful, she organised everything for us and kept us informed at all times. The medical tests were quick and great, and Dr Murat has magic in his hands. He was very attentive and friendly, and everything was super organised, just as I had discussed on the phone. Now I am at home with my treatment and I can still consult them if I have any questions, they continue to take care of me. I have had other surgeries in Istanbul, but I definitely recommend contacting them. They will provide you with everything you need.
There are several, I don't know which one to mention, but without a doubt our interpreter, a very sweet and kind girl who informed us of everything, and my doctor Murat, who is a very down-to-earth and approachable person.

Hello. The surgeon is a really good specialist, the operation was successful, for which I am very grateful. The only disadvantage is that the work of the nursing staff left an unpleasant impression: there was a feeling that they were either not competent enough or simply not interested in fulfilling their duties.
This review is information to help the clinic improve their services. The surgeon was knowledgeable. The nursing staff is not available for anything but doing your vitals. They don’t even ask if you want any water. I was feeling nauseous and dizzy and there was no juice or crackers available. When you could get it, you had to pay for it.
The biggest issue is the nurse’s help button is against the wall which is obviously hard to get to when you can’t get out of the bed especially right after the surgery. The button should be on the hospital bed. At one point I was left without a hospital gown and the nurse never came back to give me a new one! Another issue was the hotel room that was given to me had paper thin walls and therefore could never get a proper sleep. I could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the room and the restaurant beside me! I couldn’t change rooms because I just had the surgery and was not able to repack my stuff and move.
